The best cake flour
I love this cake flour. I bake chiffon cakes professionally and would love to get a 50lb bag, but they are not available. I use this King Arthur for my smaller bakes. Cakes turn out soft and delicate, consistently. I wish it was a tad more affordable, but I still purchase it on repeat for my more special bakes.

How did I live without cake flour?
I have a particular recipe that I make frequently which calls for cake flour and I didn’t have it so I was making my own. Then I discovered King Arthur‘s cake flour, which makes baking those cookies so much easier. I love all the King Arthur flours and I’m so happy I discovered the this one. It truly makes my baking that much easier, not to mention tasty!
