A: Yes, the item is Non-GMO (gmo free) as it says in the "at a glance" area on the web page as well as on the package of the flour. All King Arthur brand products are made from ingredients.

A: No but it is non- gmo and higher in protein than most all purpose flour which creates a better gluten structure in bread making.

Until Target fixes their "Label Info" section, you can rest assured this flour is unenriched. And if you want enrichment, you'll need to find another brand.

I typically don't buy KA flour. I bought this bag because target was out of their brand. I was in the middle of making bread, had to open this bag. When I opened it, I saw BUGS!! I had to throw away the bag and the loaf i had started!
