  • A: No. All-purpose flour and self-rising flour are different things. Self-rising flour already has baking powder and salt added to it.King Arthur makes a self-rising flour, but it is plainly labelled that way. This package clearly indicates it is plain , all-purpose flour.

    Careless packing

    The Target baggers threw the flour in the same bag as my face and body wash and the top of the flour bag ripped (on the face wash pump) so there was flour all over and inside the bag. Careless and thoughtless. Do better Target!!!

    The only flour I will ever bake with

    King Arthur flour is the only flour I will ever use. I've tried other brands through the years (because the store didn't carry King Arthur or because I was trying to save money) and nothing produces baked goods as well as King Arthur. You can easily see the difference! I've made breads, muffins, cakes, scones, and brownies with this flour and it is consistently excellent! Worth paying an extra for King Arthur.

    Packing method danaged flour & Chicken Bullion Cubes

    Flour spilled all over my other items. It is ruined. Also ruined the bullion cubes which spewed all in the box. Both of these items were also packed with cascade dish detergent. Want the flour and bullion cubes replaced. I am giving one star but should be zero for this review
