Really like this flour, but every time I decide to “give Target another try”….well, see pictures. I think the problem is the cheap, light boxes. I mean this was shipped a few hours from me, in my own state. Vitacost ships me flour from across the country, and it always arrives fine (they do pack well, in really strong boxes). I never learn! At least it’s in a bag so the clean-up is minimal!

The King Arthur flour is so great to use. I have a son that usually has to go gluten free but he can eat anything made with flour when he visits us because the King Arthur doesn’t effect him like most flours. Makes it so much easier then worrying about Moms cooking making your kid sick!
