Q: The description says "Contains: Eggs, Soy, Milk, Almonds, Coconut" - none of these appear to be present in the ingredients list... So, does it actually contain these allergens?

  • A: No. I have no idea why those are listed in the ingredients. The package doesn't say the same. I'm allergic to soy and milk and have been using this flour for months so at least I can attest to its lack of those two allergens.

Recently got diagnosed with celiac right before my birthday. Wasn’t sure if I’d be able to make myself a good birthday cake. I was able to make the BEST gluten free tres leches cake with this flour! I have a friend who is both gluten and dairy free. This is by far the best gluten free flour I've tried. It's great for biscuits, scones, cakes, or cookies. You can also use it to thicken a sauce. I highly recommend it.

King Arthur GF Measure for Measure flour is the best GF our family has used. We've tried every brand in multiple grocery stores. We've mixed our own GF flour using multiple other flours. This product is outstanding for the majority of applications. Please note that the King Arthur GF Pizza flour is better for making pizza crust.

I had intended to move very slowly into GF baking but ran out of regular flour late at night and used it in my favorite pie crust recipe. It was far more fragile to roll out, but I managed. Once cooked, it was sturdy, and held its shape, and tasted absolutely delicious in a blueberry pie.

So far everything I've made has been great! I followed the recipe on this site for GF Toast/Sandwich bread and it's simple and tastes great. I've also used this for pancakes and as a sauce thickener and everything has turned out well and tastes the same as with non-GF flour

I used this gluten free flour in a few different recipes. It performed fine, but I needed more guidance on how to help it not have a gritty feel, and I still prefer the taste of wheat flour in baking.

Love this! I find myself doing a lot of baking for events/meals at my church. Being able to include gluten-free treats is a huge help!! People are so happy to be able to share in the treats. I almost need it on auto-delivery! A side benefit is that it makes everything more moist.
