Easy to Make for my Celiac Granddaughter!
Was pleasantly surprised at the ease of batter prep and found the pancakes to be very good. I make pancakes from scratch and we only just found out one of my grandkids has celiac's. She was quite happy with the "new" pancakes and thought they were "almost as good as grandma's!"

I’ve tried many pancakes mix and I am so glad I found this one. The bag is pretty small for the price but we usually do pancakes once a month. This pancake mix gives you fluffy and tasty pancakes. I don’t think I can go back to other boxed or bagged pancake mixes.

We tried several brands of Gluten-Free Pancake mix and King Arthur was definitely the best of the group. The mix is very easy to use and the cooked pancakes are light and flavorful. The mix also works well when blueberries or banana slices are mixed in. This mix encouraged us to try making our traditional Christmas cookies with the Gluten-Free General Purpose flour. This worked very well.

Delicious and super soft!
My favorite pancakes! Beyond what the mix calls for (standard egg, milk, oil) I like to add vanilla and cinnamon. The pancakes turn out thick (as in height, not texture) and super soft. Since having to go GF, these are the only doughy food that bring me true joy to eat. It is pricey but so worth it. In my experience I got more pancakes out of it than I thought I would.
