    Best we tried. Good also with blueberries.

    We tried several brands of Gluten-Free Pancake mix and King Arthur was definitely the best of the group. The mix is very easy to use and the cooked pancakes are light and flavorful. The mix also works well when blueberries or banana slices are mixed in. This mix encouraged us to try making our traditional Christmas cookies with the Gluten-Free General Purpose flour. This worked very well.

    Delicious and super soft!

    My favorite pancakes! Beyond what the mix calls for (standard egg, milk, oil) I like to add vanilla and cinnamon. The pancakes turn out thick (as in height, not texture) and super soft. Since having to go GF, these are the only doughy food that bring me true joy to eat. It is pricey but so worth it. In my experience I got more pancakes out of it than I thought I would.

    The Only Pancakes We Make Now

    Best pancake mix!

    These pancakes are delicious and smell amazing while making them! My ASD daughter who is very picky likes them and has even started asking for them which is a big deal for her to independently ask for a new food item.     The BEST GF pancakes that exist!

    I recently had to adopt a GF lifestyle after being diagnosed with tummy issues that were causing me to develop early stage Hashimotos. I have bought plenty of GF pancake mixes and this is by far THE BEST. The others I’ve tried have sucked honestly. But these taste like normal pancakes, actually better in my opinion. I follow the recipe exactly including letting it sit for 10min. Paired with agave syrup and they are absolutely delicious! Light fluffy and golden crispy buttered edges, yum. I just wish they sold them in a bigger box. And my local target stopped carrying them :( so I have to buy online now. Gonna try them as waffles soon.

    Makes the best blueberry waffles

    Blueberries not included. Whipup the 6 egg whites (in place of 3 whole eggs) and fold. Can keep the yokes for a curd. Use buttermilk or buttermilk substitute, otherwise following recipe for fluffy waffles.
