If you all want to try the best pancakes ever do the following. Add the eggs as directed and sub butter for vegan butter which is basically olive oil based and instead of milk add almond milk. When you make the pancakes turn the oven on and add them to a baking sheet as you make them adding a little dab of butter to every dollar and while keeping it warm. I promise you this will be one of the most delicious pancakes you’ve ever had. This works perfectly with this specific pancake mix. I’ve tried it with others and it’s not the same. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. Everyone I know of has told me these are the best pancakes they’ve ever had! Like ever!
These pancakes make it easy to go gluten-free! They are so delicious and easy to make. I've made pancakes for a brunch party, and everyone thought they were scrumptious!
