A: Since our Pancake & Waffle Mix contains coconut sugar, we recommend instead using our Artisan Bread Mix to make biscuits. You can find biscuit recipes in the recipes section of our website (unfortunately, I am unable to provide a direct link due to Target's website terms).

Great healthy option mix . Waffles feel and taste slightly dry. We ate them with the maple syrup. Also , amount of mix in the box is quite small compare to the non-healthy options . According to my counting , the mix in the box would make around 18-20 waffles total max.

After spending 6 months in Germany eating healthy unprocessed food, coming back to the states I decided to try my best to find the healthiest options for my kids since food in America is trash. My 2 and 5 year old eat this as they ate any other pancake mix. Overall happy with the quality and tastes. Yes it is pricey for a very small amount. The bag inside is small and not even halfway filled.

These may be the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten, including in my gluten days. They look great (some of my GF attempts have been pretty sad looking) and I love the flavor. When I bought the box I knew it was small, but was shocked when I took the inner pouch out and saw how little mix there was. There is enough for 2 small batches or one large batch — 12 pancakes total. And you still need to add egg, milk and oil (to be fair, small amounts of the latter two). I won’t be purchasing again. If you’re willing to pay for them, they’re great.

Pretty expensive and the coconut flour ruins these pancakes. Once you chew it gets very grainy and I hate the texture, which is likely from the coconut flour. They also fall apart easy, especially with syrup or any moisture

My husband is obsessed with these, and he’s not even the gluten-free one! I like having pancake mix on hand for quick meals, and this one has lots of clean ingredients so it feels better on the belly. We love simple mills and this is one of their products we’ll be buying often. Note: when they say make the pancakes small, they mean it. Because they don’t have gluten, they’ll naturally be a little quicker to fall apart, but I’m used to that and they taste great!

We absolutely love these and they are worth the price. I sneak in some chopped spinach for my toddler and she can’t tell the difference because the almond flour has such a great taste. The pancakes are thinner than the other brands but we still love it, don’t even need syrup!

Great tasting almond flour pancakes.. the only thing I didn’t like was when I made the whole box, I was only able to get 8 pancakes (box states 20!). Unless you like to make tiny silver dollar pancakes, you will only get about 8-9 regular sized pancakes from this.
