Great, but mix ratios are wrong
I've only used this for waffles. The mix is great, but the ratios for "full box" are wrong. There is only 2 cups of mix in the full box, so follow the ratios for 1/2 cup mix + 1 1/2 cups mix. The full box ratios seem to assume that there is 2 1/2 cups in a box, so maybe they reduced the amount of mix in the box and forgot to update the instructions?

Great healthy option mix . Waffles feel and taste slightly dry. We ate them with the maple syrup. Also , amount of mix in the box is quite small compare to the non-healthy options . According to my counting , the mix in the box would make around 18-20 waffles total max.

Good quality but pricey
After spending 6 months in Germany eating healthy unprocessed food, coming back to the states I decided to try my best to find the healthiest options for my kids since food in America is trash. My 2 and 5 year old eat this as they ate any other pancake mix. Overall happy with the quality and tastes. Yes it is pricey for a very small amount. The bag inside is small and not even halfway filled.

Great, but a poor buy
These may be the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten, including in my gluten days. They look great (some of my GF attempts have been pretty sad looking) and I love the flavor. When I bought the box I knew it was small, but was shocked when I took the inner pouch out and saw how little mix there was. There is enough for 2 small batches or one large batch — 12 pancakes total. And you still need to add egg, milk and oil (to be fair, small amounts of the latter two). I won’t be purchasing again. If you’re willing to pay for them, they’re great.

Pretty expensive and the coconut flour ruins these pancakes. Once you chew it gets very grainy and I hate the texture, which is likely from the coconut flour. They also fall apart easy, especially with syrup or any moisture

We absolutely love these and they are worth the price. I sneak in some chopped spinach for my toddler and she can’t tell the difference because the almond flour has such a great taste. The pancakes are thinner than the other brands but we still love it, don’t even need syrup!
