A:Â Since our Pancake & Waffle Mix contains coconut sugar, we recommend instead using our Artisan Bread Mix to make biscuits. You can find biscuit recipes in the recipes section of our website (unfortunately, I am unable to provide a direct link due to Target's website terms).

Great tasting almond flour pancakes.. the only thing I didn’t like was when I made the whole box, I was only able to get 8 pancakes (box states 20!). Unless you like to make tiny silver dollar pancakes, you will only get about 8-9 regular sized pancakes from this.
