Made this mix this morning and as we were eating it my husband discovered a piece of blue plastic in the mix. The mix was in a clear plastic bag, so it was not from the bag it came. Very disappointed with the quality control from this company.

I'm skeptical about gluten free products because it feels like they often sacrifice flavor or quality from their gluten counterparts. These are YUMMMMMMY! They have a good amount of pumpkin spice and sweetness. I preferred the consistency of the waffles over the pancakes.

I’m allergic to almonds but I did give it to my mom and she baked with it and thought it was fantastic. She said it taste fantastic it’s easy to use and overall a great product

I was pleasantly surprised when I make these. They cooked like regular pancakes, just follow the clear directions on the package. They taste great and have a good consistency. They would be a decadent treat with whipped cream.

Not our favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made Sunday morning breakfast with the mix and unfortunately noone liked them. The taste and texture were a big turnoff for all of us. I really wanted to like them, we have been trying to eat healthier but this mix was a no for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the season for pumpkin and spices and I am so happy that there are many products to add to our breakfast time. One caution is that is made with Almond flour and not AP flour. If there is a nut allergy, please don't use. However, without that issue, this is a nice option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that this was an all in one just add water mix and I was definitely a bit bummed when I saw that you had to add other ingredients. It worked well as a waffle mix but I do think that for the size of the box it had a lot of air and not enough mix inside. I am a big pumpkin person so I added extra pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice to the batter to make it have a strong pumpkin taste otherwise the almond flour sweetness overpowers the pumpkin levels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been waiting for my grandsons to try the pancake waffle mix, they were here the other morning. They decided they wanted the waffles, it was delicious. The mix had plenty of pumpkin taste, it tasted like regular mix. You wouldn't even know it was gluten free. This is definitely a keeper. I can't wait to try some of the other mixes this company makes.

That’s a NO for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not this like pancake mix at all. It was EXTREMELY gritty. I let me 2 kids try and my husband which all 3 responded with the same, too gritty. The pumpkin taste is great the formula just needs changed.
