We used to love this pancake mix. Don’t know if this last bag was just a dud or if they’ve changed the recipe. The old mix smelled so good but this one looked and smelled like pure flour. I think there is a good chance it was just pure flour. We followed directions on the bag but the pancakes were lumpy, cracked, dry and tasteless. Hope they’ll go back to the old recipe!

This used to be my fav pancake mix…then they went out of stock for a while and I just saw it came back so I was excited to get it again! Only to be disappointed in how it is completely different now! First the batter stirs up quite thick even when adding more water than suggested on package…they don’t seem to bake up as well…not fluffy…more stodgy and sticky texture. And the taste! Just blah. Used to have such a unique yummy taste…can’t quite describe it…maybe a bit sweet? Idk if this new recipe is supposed to be more healthy or good for you…I do know that I don’t like it

So convenient and quick to make. Great taste and texture. BUT is made with Bioengineered ingredients, which most likely means it's tainted with glyphosate since the first ingredient is wheat. :( I would definitely buy again if it was made without GMO's.

I came back to repurchase a 3rd time and dissapointed this pancake mix is no longer available. Low reviews which were obviously written by people that can't read or cook. This mix was great! Affordable price for the amount of mix. I didn't care that the package was not resealable. Adding a zip top will increase the price. Just store open bag in zip lock bag. Tasty pancakes! You can add less water than is instructed and that is what I did. I got fluffy thick pancakes every time! Please bring back this pancake mix!!

They are so thin and don’t puff up at all. Super disappointing. I also dislike that the bag can’t be sealed shut. I would have rather gotten the pearl mill branded mix.

I really wanted to love this mix, but unfortunately, I have to give it just one star. The convenience of simply adding water is great in theory, but after multiple attempts—six or more—we just couldn’t get them to turn out right. Every batch resulted in flat, lifeless disks with no fluff or rise. The best result we managed was after adding some baking soda, but even that didn’t make a significant difference. Overall, it was a disappointing experience despite our efforts.

Idk why but this brand like just sticks. Everytime I’ve made a batch from the bag. I’ve used butter, oil and tried just the none stick pan and it comes apart and burns

Made this for the first time this morning and I liked the taste. I didn’t think it was too sweet or bland and it wasn’t clumpy at all. I made waffles so I can’t say how the pancakes would taste without the extra ingredients added. Would like for it to be resealable but not a huge deal.

The Ingredients call for 3/4 cup water however the batter was too thick. I had to add 1/2 cup more. Not being able to reseal the bag was surprising... I thought my bag was defective until I read the comments.

I grabbed a pack of this on vacation for quick breakfast in our kitchenette. This made pretty tasteless pancakes, and the batter was very hard to mix fully. A lot of the pancakes had clumps of batter in them. Won't be buying this again.
