I seriously love this cake mix. I've been using it for years and even my gluten eating family members (including my young nephews) are obsessed with it! I'm thrilled that it doesn't contain any natural flavors (which I sometimes react negatively too and are in SO many mixes). It's a rich, deep, and smooth chocolate cake that's extremely simple to make. I sometimes replace the water with oat milk and it's even more delicious/creamy that way.

this cake is so freaking good lol I recommend this and I think it tastes better than regular cake...it's moist and fudgey like a brownie, chocolate heaven .. I used Dolly Parton's chocolate Buttercream frosting to ice it with and made it using a Hefty brand disposable aluminum cake pan with lid, baked it at 325• for about 28 mins or until toothpick inserted came out clean..I can't eat gluten products but my husband isn't gluten sensitive like I am..I made this for his birthday cake because he wanted me to be able to enjoy some cake too and everyone was surprised at how good it was for a gluten free cake, even snobby picky eaters loved it... husband commented if you didn't know it was gluten free, you wouldn't be able to tell...I love King Arthur brand and their brownies are really good too

The box was leaking cake mix. This was our first time buying it so we assumed it was normal (like pancake boxes). It was spilling out pretty good out of the bottom so we stored it upside down. Went to make the cake this morning for my husband's birthday and I am so lucky/grateful that I opened it upside down because to my surprise, the mix comes in a bag and the bag was cut open some how??!!! If I had opened the box from the top and grabbed the bag out to cut it, it would have spilled all of my counter and floor. Please see the picture attached. Extremely disappointed because now I need to run up and buy a new box. And hope it doesn't happen again. I'll shake the box in the store to double check.

I did not have a good experience with gluten free cake from bakery. I saw this gluten free cake mix and decided to give it a try. I followed the instructions on the box without substitution, the cake came out perfectly! The cake was moist and rich like dark chocolate, even better than regular super moist cake mix which is not gluten free. Pleasantly surprised!! I highly recommend this mix!

Prepared for a family in which 2 members must eat gluten-free. I would never have known this cake was gluten-free if I had not made it myself. My husband agrees. A few days later I had chocolate cake at a well-known restaurant for a birthday. It was not gluten-free and it was not as good as the cake I made.

This is the best boxed chocolate cake I've ever made. I have been making them for quite a few years for my grandsons birthday cake after he had to eat gluten free. It beats even non gluten free cake mixes.
