Don’t buy the others, there is no other comparison for gluten free cookie mix and I don't understand why my stores stopped stocking this one on the shelves and keep the others. If only they taste tested. So much better than all the others. Delicious!!

I used to make delicious chocolate chip cookies from scratch. But I have a degenerative muscle condition and it became too much work for me. I found this while checking out gluten-free items. I can easily say it’s as delicious as the cookies I used to make with a 10th of the work. I added 1 cup chopped walnuts, and 2 cups chocolate chips, and the cookies came out fantastic. You would not know they were gluten-free unless someone told you.

This cookie mix makes the best GF cookies I have found. I add chocolate chips ( dark or semi- sweet) and sometimes peanut butter chips. They are excellent whether a little soft and gooey or nicely crisped, which happens when I give them an extra two minutes and cool them on a wire rack. I am the only family member who has to eat gluten free (celiac disease) but they all eat and enjoy these cookies.

Fantastic cookies! Very very yummy! The mix is plain so you will have to add in any additional delights such as choco-chips! I made cookie n creme cookies with this mix and they were very tasty, soft and chewy. Will definitely buy again!
