Game-changer for breads

I've been baking gluten free for a GF friend for a few years and always used KA's standard gluten free flour which just didn't work very well for sweet or sandwich bread doughs. I tried this flour for the first time making vegan kardemummabullar and they turned out incredibly well! My GF friend ate three in a row and said it was the best gluten free baked good he'd ever had.

Great for making GF bagels!

Nice loaf

I have used this flour several times now and each make was a success. Until I discovered this flour that was not my experience. I appreciated the 1:1 ratio to regular flour without having to add extra ingredients to make it work.

Great flour for sourdough

I used the gluten-free sourdough starter recipe in the King Arthur app and after the starter was ready I used this flour for the bread itself. I’m an experienced baker but on a bit of a learning curve on gluten free baking. This flour gave me an excellent loaf of bread! Only comment is King Arthur should make a bigger bag! One bag basically makes one loaf and feeds the starter once. I buy them two at a time. I highly recommend this gluten-free flour! And PS I live at 8000’ above sea level. And STILL had a Great loaf of bread using the recipe on the King Arthur App for Gluten-Free Sourdough.

I'm new to gluten-free baking,

I'm new to gluten-free baking, as a family member was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. I'm a longtime bread baker, and a great fan of King Arthur's Flour. On initial impulse, I bought several bags of KAF GF flour. I thought I could just swap in this GF bread flour or use the King Arthur GF recipes. I now realize that I need to use specifically GF bread recipes (best cookbook I've found: Aran Goyoaga's "Cannelle et Vanille Bakes Simple,"), with rice flour, tapioca starch, sorghum flour, and psyillium husks. I'm baking excellent bread again, this time gluten-free. . . and I'm not sure what to do with my KAF gluten-free bread flour!

Surprisingly Good Bread

My husband just recently found out he is gluten intolerant. As I already was baking bread, I didn't want to give up home baked bread. I found this flour in their print catalog and decided to give it a try. I used the recipe printed on the website and the bread turned out amazing. Is it exactly like regular, gluten-full bread? Not really, but the results were super close and we are happy to have home baked bread again.
