I Love King Arthur Flour
I owned a bakery for 20 years and we used King Arthur Flour exclusively. Now that I am retired, I still use KA Flour exclusively. I buy direct from the website and all my flours are conveniently delivered to my door. I also love the recipes KA provides, usually enticing me to try one or two different ones each month.

The “only flour in town"
I use only organic flours for my sourdough breads and of all 5 of them, KF’s bread flour is “numero uno. ” Perfect loaves and addictively full-flavored sourdough. Il even use some of it in my starter.

King Arthur flour is tops
I purchase King Arthur flour whenever possible. I thinks it's the best. Usually I buy it at a local grocery market, but this recent purchase of the bread flour was an online one. I made some cinnamon rolls that were so delicious. One of my granddaughters uses the King Arthur Organic Bread flour for making her many flavors of Sourdough loaves. They come out perfect every time.

Flour that meets all challenges!
I bake a lot of bread. My favorites are Italian, French, rye, and sourdough bread. I depend on my ingredients. The flours from King Arthur Baking never disappoint me. My recipes always come out uniform. The bread develops distinctive flavors during proofing. To have this kind of success requires flour that is consistent from day to day and longer. I have never been disappointed and expect I never will be. Artisan breads have a unique structure. It requires the ability to rise well, develop sugars and enzymes, and to bake without fail. I recommend this flour for every baker.
