Great product
I use this flour to make Hawaiian rolls from scratch. My husband loves them for hamburgers, smoked pork sandwiches, etc. He asked what the difference was between these and the regular recipe I used. I said I used bread flour. I also use it in a rye bread recipe that my husband has given two thumbs up.

I absolutely love this organic bread flour. At my mother-in-laws suggestion when I started baking bread I purchased it and I haven’t switched to anything else in the meantime. She told me this brand is very consistent when it comes to flour and I can attest to this as well. Always beautiful bread and baking is a joy.

What’s in a Fluff Anyway
I made the bread four times trying to get a better rise. I’m a novice so perhaps experience will improve my outcome. The bread was absolutely delicious though denser than I prefer.

Bread made with this Organic Bread Flour has a beautiful texture, crumb, and slices beautifully. The bread is soft, but not too soft to hold the contents of a sandwich. When toasted, it almost needs no butter.
