Full of bugs. Second bag with them. Won't be buying their brands anymore.

Weevils in every bag i get the last year, one time they completely infected my rice, pasta and other baking items. I will never buy flour from target again, these things can travel and will go to other bags of flour even if you’re not buying that brand. Bobs red mill is the best, King Arthur after that

Won't be ordering online anymore when this is how my stuff is packaged. And this was my replacement order because FedEx refused my first one for damage.

Bugs in flour....promptly returned and notified associate

Developed bugs. I have other organic flours stored similarly and never get bugs. This one does for some reason

The product is short on weight.

This item was poorly packed in a huge box with all other items in this order. I guess the items were bumped and shift and the flour bag got broken When it arrived. Flour was spilled and got on everything else.

I love this flour! This is a great brand that’s affordable and offers amazing organic options! They taste amazing and goes great with baking.

Reading the reviews, I was really nervous, but had already ordered it. Glad to day it's completely bug free and has created a nice sourdough starter that I used twice already.

I bought this flour twice. The first time it was fine and worked well. This newer bag is not fine. I have used this more recently purchased bag of flour twice on two cookie recipes I have baked many times (including this flour from another bag earlier in the year) and the cookies come out more like bread! There’s also a strange flavor. I do not recommend anymore.

I love that this is an organic unbleached flour. It is great for sourdough. Price is okay. It has gone up like the price of everything else. The issue I have had is shipping. So many come ripped open and spilled but target has always replaced the ones that have.

This is the worst flour I have ever purchased. I have used the SAME tortilla recipe for YEARS...there is something about this flour that just doesn't feel right. The tortillas were tough, even when kneading. And my homemade bread came out so dry, I was embarrassed to give it out for Thanksgiving. I can't pinpoint what it is about the flour but I ended up throwing away half of the bag from disappointment.

I should have gone with my gut but, I gave this flour a second try… my chocolate chip cookies are more “cake-like” than my usual cookie. So disappointed! I have learned my lesson, never again!

I used to get this flour ALL the time because it was the BEST price ANYWHERE for unbleached organic flour!! Loved it! But the past several times I have bought it, whether it's local pickup or ordered online, since I moved to North Carolina (I have no idea if that has anything to do with it), there have been these tiny BUGS with long butts in the flour as soon as I open it! I tried to look it up but Google keeps showing me "rice weevils", and these don't look like that, they don't have the long snout as far as I can see, and the abdomen I guess, the butt, is really long, and they're almost black. They hide away in the rice or flour as soon as I open the bag. It's scary because once you disturb the flour, and they hide, they hide so well it's like they're not there. I had another unopened bag and went and got my husband and made him stand there and watch as I opened it for the first time and BING right on the top those dang bugs started burrowing into the flour as soon as the light hit em. Before, when I lived in NH, I had bought Target's Good & Gather organic jasmine rice and it had the same bugs in it, and I tried buying the rice down here in NC and the rice had bugs in it. So Maybe Target's organic brands just have loads of those dang bugs in it no matter where you live or which product it is. I thought maybe it was just the flour seeing as it's on shelves in a paper bag which doesn't look very sealed up, but the rice is sealed in that plastic sack, and it's loaded with bugs as soon as you open it for the first time!! The same type of bugs for both products. If the products had no bugs, if I never experienced that again, if I was assured that would not happen anymore, with any product, then the items would be a great quality and a great price. It is very easy to get a refund which I DO appreciate, but after so many times at this point I'm not going to take the chance anymore. It sucks to have to pay more because nobody has a better price for organic rice or flour but it's not worth it if it has bugs in it!!! Bugs poop all over the food while they sit in it. There is no way to like, just wash the rice and eat it anyway. GROSS!

Agree with last few reviews. No gmo stamp. Not buying again. Too many recalls lately on flour and other items. I use bobs red mill organic.

The last few times I bought it from the store it was infested with very tiny weevil bugs. This used to be my go-to affordable organic flour but I can’t take the risk of ruining everything in my pantry anymore.

I was very disappointed. Everything was ruined by the sharp smell of flour, similar to some kind of shampoo. When cooking, the dough had a strange taste. I threw it away. This is the first time I have met flour with such a chemical smell.

after adding water to the flour as per usual cracker recipe, it became so sticky that more & more flour was needed until it was finally workable, in an amount that exeeded the ratio of flour in the recipe by almost 2 cups! The crackers - I could not even make cookies out of the dough - came out hard as rocks & I had to throw them out for fear of cracking my teeth.
