I love whole wheat bread and I have found the best flour for making it. I use 2 tsp yeast, 1 tea spoon sugar, 1/2 cup honey, 1 cup organic milk( I use 2%) one stick margarine ( melted) , one egg and 3.5 cups whole wheat flour ( good & gather) Using basic method for making bread, after mixing the bread dough, I let it rise for a couple of hours. Then I knead it and cut it in to 12 pieces. Roll them into round bread rolls and bake them at 375 degrees for 25 min to 30 min. Very nutritive and healthy breakfast rolls. Sometimes I add half cup walnut and golden raisins.
