I like the taste of this flour since it has a lot of wheat bran. I got excited and got 5 bags, dumped 4 of them in a big container and noticed bugs in the container after a few days when using it. I assumed it is my mistake and I may have left container open etc. I tossed the entire container away. Opened a fresh pack and was super disappointed to see live bugs in unopened pack as well. What could have been my go to flour for ages ended up in the garbage, along with disappointment in the quality.

when the Covid lockdown started I decided to make homemade bread. 6 ingredients include purified water. I have used some the most expensive flour and now this brand. After making over 500 loaves by hand, this is my new go to flour. Kneeds week, rises probably and great taste. King Arthur's is triple the price
