Not good for Cinnamon Rolls!
I used this on a whim for cinnamon rolls from scratch because Target didn’t have the regular yeast. I don’t recommend it for cinnamon rolls. They didn’t allow the dough to rise as much as they should have, despite the description saying “fast rising.” I won’t use this again for cinnamon rolls.
