Sincere thanks for making non-gmo flour so I don’t have to make 40% gluten bread with gmo flour. My digestive system was made to break down the 11% gluten of natural, unaltered wheat - not Monsantos junk that aims to take away our food sovereignty by creating unnatural foods that don’t produce seeds!!

Yay! Bread flour
I use the bread flour as the basis for my rye bred, whole wheat bread and Challah. It helps support the other less glutinous flours and add-ons. Raisins, sunflower seeds, pecans, herbs. Whatever. It makes a nize loaf.

FAILURE TO PACKAGE PROPERLY
I'm upset because this expensive flour was packed underneath a huge jug of laundry soap and Clorox. First, you NEVER pack chemicals with food!!! The flour bag was smashed along with the pancake mix. This is horrible packing, not the fault of the flour or pancake mix which is unusable now. POOR PACKING!!

The best flour for baking
We only use King Arthur flour. With seven kids we go thru about 30lbs of flour a month, King Arthur always makes a great product. Whether we use the flour for rolls, bread, biscuits, pie crust, etc. a great consistency in their products.

Flour is fine, glue on the packaging is not
I’m using this flour for years now and I’m happy with the product. What drives me nuts is how the packaging is glued together. Sometimes, it opens easily, sometimes the packaging rips and I have a 2 inch hole in the packaging.
