Cold for a few hours
I use this cooler to take drinks to the pool. it does a decent job for a few hours, but it doesn't keep ice for anywhere near to 2 days. I left it overnight and the next day all the ice was cold water. For what I use it for it's great. excellent storage, comes with a nifty bottle opener. If you are looking for something that will actually keep ice entact for a long period, I'd probably look elsewhere.

In order to assist our customers in figuring out the right amount of ice to use, we provide ice guides on many of our product pages. These provide ice to food ratios and the amount of time you can expect contents to stay cold based on the ratios you use. Please note that claims of “Holds Ice” or “Still Ice” are based on an industry standard testing protocol. The protocol mandates that a cooler be filled to capacity with cubed ice (100% filled with ice cubes for the test). This standardized way of testing allows customers to compare the expected maximum performance of different sizes and brands of coolers in a standardized and dependable way. For example, when the cooler is 100% full with ice the ice retention time is up to 2 days and when the cooler is half full with ice and half full with contents, the ice retention time is approximately 1 day.
