Native Deodorant for Women & Men - Cashmere & Rain - Aluminum Free - 2.65oz

I have been a long time customer, I get my Native deodorant subscription mailed to me every so many weeks. I have friends and neighbors that now use it. I have never found a better deodorant.

For a natural deodorant, it does great! Smell lasts mosts of the day. If you are new to deodorant without aluminum, you will very likely be suffering for a couple weeks with the scent of a boys locker room until your body removes the toxins through the pits and adjusts to the natural ways. Otherwise, the scent is pleasant and works great throughout the day :)

This Native scent smells nice…until you start sweating. It then creates a strong pungent odor that is not so nice. It may just be MY body chemistry, but I wouldn’t recommend this one. Note: In my experience I’ve found that some of the Native scents work better than others.

I have been using Native deodorant for a few years now and really come to love it. However, I tried the Cashmere and Rain scent and found it to be pretty ineffective. With the others scents I’ve used, I stay smelling fresh as long as I’ve showered within the last 12 or so hours and haven’t worked out or gotten too sweaty, but even if I have gotten sweaty, the smell of the deodorant serves to keep me smelling okay. With Cashmere and Rain, I can stink within hours of a shower and putting it on and just being at my work office in the winter. Trashing it.

Literally have to reapply multiple times throughout the day.

I applied this product early in the morning before work. After I was off work I did my usual shower routine but noticed my armpits had a red rash, and felt sensitive to touch. This was just after one use. I am not sure why, or how this happened, but I am very disappointed. The picture attached is only a small area of where the rash is. (TMI for the whole photo)

Tried most of the scents and this is my fave!

the scent is neutral without being too strong. my favorite non aluminum deo.

This deodorant has worked the best for me. Cashmere rain scent is fresh and clean. Do sometimes get a funky smell when sweating but it might have been that I was wearing an old shirt.

Best scent from Native

Smells nice enough but I can smell me after a workout. I don’t mind it not being an antiperspirant but I don’t want to smell after 4-5 hours. Almost like it sweats off

Been using for 2 weeks and so far so good. I’ve been using Native for years and some scents start to irritate etc but again, so far so good. This one smells good and works most of the day if you aren’t doing heavy activities and/or a ton of physical movement. Otherwise, you would need to reapply. Other than that, this is a good option.

The only positive thing I can say about this Deodorant is that it smells nice and keeps you smelling nice. HOWEVER, it made me sweat more than ever compared to other aluminum free deodorants. Not only will your pits be constantly wet, but it causes white spots on dark clothes and yellow stains on white clothes. Unfortunately do not recommend this product.

I will start out by saying that I have not yet encountered a deodorant that doesn’t bother my skin, however Native’s deodorant is the least irritating I have found, all while lasting almost the entire day. And the different scents are so much fun! I would say it is entirely worth both the occasional discomfort/itchiness and the price.

I’m not sure what I’d do if Native ever fully discontinued this scent. It has been a game changer for me! Since early teenage years I used either clinical strength or men’s deodorant to help minimize my sweating and smell. I used to have to apply new deodorant 2-3 times a day. I forgot to bring my deodorant for a weekend at my sister’s so was introduced to this particular Native deodorant. I was shocked at how effective it was! I’ve put it to the test for almost a full year now (including living in the 120 degree desert heat this summer). I’ve never smelled better! I feel great knowing I’m not only that this deodorant lasts throughout the day, but it it’s also not made of all those chemicals. I only apply once a day and it continuously keeps me smelling good! Only drawback is that it does tend to transfer into clothes if not careful. It out performs any other deodorant, so that is forgiven in my eyes. Can’t recommend enough!

I love that this deodorant has great ingredients and works! On top of that it smells good without giving me a reaction (I’m VERY sensitive to smells). Please bring back this scent!

I love all of these deodorants and am sad they are ceasing shipments to Canada in November. The scents are subtle but heavenly.
