Finally threw away my Teflon pans!
First tried Green Pans at my sister-in-laws and loved how nothing stuck to it! Finally went PFAS free and threw out all my old Teflon pans, and upgraded to this set. Love them and use them regularly for omelettes, cutlets, sautéed veges, etc. with just a touch of oil or butter. And, less expensive than Caraway.

Nonstick and nontoxic
These pans are so very nonstick, everything glides right off and they are so easy to clean. The pans heat evenly and really hot. Cooking chicken, fish and veggies, super easy. I wish I had bought this product so much sooner. I have peace of mind knowing that it's nontoxic.

These pans are a game changer! We have an induction cooktop, and finding pans that actually work with it, and were nonstick felt impossible. Not with these. Eggs slide off like a dream! Get them. You will love them.

Green Pan Valencia Pro one year in
Firstly, the construction and appearance are great. After using these for the past year, I can honestly say that I am not too impressed with their performance on my induction cooktop. I though it might have been that my cooktop was 10 years old so I bought a new top of the line Bosch. Still no joy. They take a long time to heat up. Forget about trying to sear anything. Heat retention is not the best either. I should have went with carbon steel. They might work better on an electric or gas cooktop but that is not an option for me.
