GreenPan Valencia Pro 12" Ceramic Frypan Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this pan!!! It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and the non-stick ceramic works amazing well. It’s a light weight, making easy to cook. Food slides right off with little oil. I appreciate that it PFAS free, making it healthier for users, giving me peace of mind when cooking for family. It’s easy to clean. At this stage, this is my best pan!!! Highly recommended

I bought the 3 Piece GreenPan Set. I did Everything they said to do. I fried a Pork Chop in my Pan. I just put a little Olive Oil to make the Pork Chop Slide in the pan. I seasoned my Pork Chop and fried it on LOW Heat. ALL the Seasonng came off and Burnt in the Bottom of the Pan ! I turned it over ( ON LOW Heat} And the SAME THING HAPPENED.ALL the Seasoning came off and Burned on the Bottom of the Pan. So I had to put more seasoning on AFTER it was done! But the Burnt ON Seasoning I can't even Scrub OFF. It's on there, Permanently ! I started to use the 2nd Pan in the order. And the SAME THING Happened ! These are Waaaayyyyy Worse than my old pans that I have been using. The Burnt on Seasoning, I can't get OFF. These are the WORST Pans, I've ever had !!!! And irritating that they say their Non-Stick, and they Stick much worse than any Pan I've cooked in. The other Pan is burnt BLACK ! It won't even scrape off !!!

I have had a number of fry pans over the years and these are the absolute best I have ever had. I would NEVER use anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to clean,very non stick, great to use for eggs. It's quite study, doesn't feel too light weight and it doesn't wobble on my stove top. The 26cm is a decent size too.

The instructions are short, easy to understand and detailed. So far I use non scratching not sure for long term usage. The only concern is the handle is stainless steel and can get hot to touch.

I bought this set in cream in January 2026 and use these pans sparingly as I have a large collection of skillets. Only silicone utensils are used while cooking and they are washed by hand. After making pancakes on the large 11.5 in skillet, there was a knick on the surface. Totally unacceptable quality.

I’ve tried all three pans and they work perfectly. Eggs don’t stick, even with cheese. Burgers come out evenly cooked and sautéed vegetables are wonderful.

Besides being aesthetically beautiful, it feels wonderfully smooth to hold, very ergonomically sound and lightweight. I cooked my usual egg breakfast in the pan. I have to say, it cooked faster, more evenly and the end product looked better than my usual pan breakfast. I will even go as far to say it tasted better too. The pan was easy to clean - food simply wiped out in one go. I decided not to use the dishwasher and am glad because using a sponge was easy. Very, very pleased with this pan. Will be cooking all of my meals in it from now on.

I purchased this set almost three years ago. For the first month, they were great! Smooth cooking, even heating, non-toxic. Everything you could want. However, over time the pans started to degrade despite everything being done correctly:hand washing, silicone or wood utensils, etc. At this point, every time I look at the pan it looks worse and worse. Stained, scratched, and lifeless. Good sticks to it like nothing, despite having a day’s worth of your fat in oil coating the pan. On top of this, cleaning the gunked up pan is a work out in of itself. At least with Teflon you know it’s toxic but the food doesn’t stick to it. The only good reason to have this pan is to hit someone over the head with it, and even then the handle loosens so quickly it’ll probably fall apart before you even get a swing in. Green Pan’s dubious claims of their “green” coating coupled with the terrible quality will make me NEVER buy anything from them again. Save your money, time, and sanity. Please learn from my mistakes.

These are the first healthy non-stick pans I've had that really work!

Great pans! They heat well, clean well, light weight and easy to handle;

The new pans are noticeably thinner and their overall quality feels inferior compared to the older versions. With induction cooking, I need to use a higher power setting to achieve the same heat as my old pans. I may consider other alternatives for future purchased of cookware.

The cooking surface is so smooth; nothing sticks. It's clean with a quick wipe of a cloth. This has quickly become our go-to pan!

I bought a GreenPan expecting a durable non-stick surface, but within a few weeks it completely lost its performance. Food sticks just as much as a regular pan now, even with proper care. For the price and claims, this was really disappointing. Would not recommend based on my experience.

I think I’ve finally found a long lasting safe non stick pan!

Excellent non-stick pan—easy to cook with and easy to clean. Meat glides easily around the surface from the second you place it into the pan, rather that sticking. Even a sauce added to caramelise and coat the meat in the final minute of cooking (notoriously difficult to scrub off in my other pans), wiped clean with a paper towel in this GreenPan frying pan.
