I got the valencia 8 in nonstick ceramic pan with a lid that comes separately. I have used it almost everyday for the last 9 months, almost exclusively cooking omlets. I don't know that I need to be, but I'm careful not to cook with too much temperature, or go from hot to cold too quickly, and I gently clean it with just water or soap and a silicone pad in efforts to preserve the non-stick nature of the ceramic. Still no sticking!!! I'm very impressed and would get it again. THere is some rust on the bottom of the pan but it hasn't affected functionality.

Truly Non-Stick!
This has been a good investment. They are definitely non-stick without worry of what is leaching into our food. That also makes them easy to wash.

Horrible pans
They stain. Their nonstick properties are terrible. I received these as a gift for Xmas and will be giving them away. I had Scanpan for a decade and will be going back. Wish this had worked out.

Best pan I have ever used…
I read all the information and instructions several times. I follow the instructions to the letter. I have used the pan nearly every day. No issues with sticking of any food I have cooked. Makes the best eggs ever. Washes up easily. Am so pleased I chose this pan. I would recommend this pan to anyone.

The functionality is excellent for every day cooking, and the 26 cm size is really practical. I love this sweet great design and the handle feels comfortable and secure while cooking maintenance is also easy as a pan cleanup well after I use the packaging was neat and productive too overall it feels steady, well designed and premium.

Doesn't last very long
It worked great at first. We followed all the care instructions. Only using medium-low heat, went and bought silicone utensils to use, only cleaned with a non-abrasive sponge, and used olive oil. After maybe 3 months, things are now sticking to this pan. It's really overpriced for the quality you get.

I Found A New Respect For Pans
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I have been doing pans wrong all my life. You really do realize how bad your pans are when you get a good one. The pan was (and still is) completely non-stick and is so easy to clean. I've never had to put in such little effort to clean something. I'm used to putting everything on high heat but I finally learned that not everything has to be put to 100. It heats fast and evenly. And actually makes me look forward frying something cause I know it's going to be a quick cleanup. Also I'll add, its light weight. Ive had much heavier pans that burn everything! This pan was so good I actually threw out 2.

Good looking, non-stick and a breeze to clean.
I have used these pans for a couple weeks now and have enjoyed their performance immensely. Non-stick and easy to cleanup. I would definitely buy these again. I also like the green color.

Not as durable as claimed
I’ve had these pans for about 6 months, I purchased some larger skillets as well. My biggest issue is the edges are already micro chipping. I only own silicone utensils, I use a soft sponge to hand wash and hand dry. My pans and lids are stored upright on the greenpan organizers. How and why these pans are chipping seemingly so easily I do not know!!!! My previous set was all clad and I never had an issue with durability. I will continue to use these until the surface shows signs of wear simply bc the price of these was far too high for quality. I will research better next time!
