The coating on this pan must be broken or faulty or something because even after simple dishes like making grilled tofu or fried eggs on this fry pan, the pan burns and everything sticks onto the surface. It makes it extremely hard to wash, so I end up avoiding this fry pan. I must say, I have taken very good care of it but it just doesn't work. The other caraway pot and large saucepan is completely fine - not sure why this one is just having a lot of problems. This photo is simply after me having oil and tofu cubes on the stove top for a few minutes.

We’ve been enjoying our pan for over a year now and have been taking very good care of it following care and cleaning instructions but unfortunately it looks like we need to get a new one as the non-stick surface is no longer working. It’s a great pan but it doesn’t last forever.

The Caraway fry pan is excellent. I've used it to cook eggs and chicken and both moved around freely without getting stuck and without needing spray. The pan itself is beautiful. It's heavy and substantial. I definitely recommend.
