When I saw the Teflon coated stir fry pan my son and daughter-in-law were using, I immediately ordered the Caraway Stir Fry pan. I was concerned for their safety as the Teflon coating was scratched and peeling. They love their new pan! My son was amazed how much heavier it was than their cheap pans. I now have peace of mind knowing they are safe when doing stir fry and eggs.

I don't normally put in reviews, but this pan is really great. First off I got a large wok style pan and it is quite light for the size. Food just glides and slides over the surface. So far no sticking with very little oil use. The sponge that comes with it is quite a different texture but cleans so well. Overall this is a great purchase and we'll get lots of use in my home.
