2nd purchase
I currently have one of these already and I’m adding a second great product slightly difficult to clean if you use a cooking spray so I am going to avoid cooking spray on the second item. Hopefully that helps to keep it clean easier.

Looks great, can’t cook eggs
I bought the 11” griddle pan with great expectations. Most of the reviews I read talked up how it looked and great customer expectations, but they hadn’t used the griddle yet. I have been trying to cook simple eggs over easy. Followed instructions, low to medium heat, warm up first, use a little oil or butter. Results. Too much oil, the oil pools on the edges, apparently the griddle isn’t flat. Low to medium heat takes at least five minutes before griddle is warm enough to cook eggs very slowly and eventually stick to the griddle. Small amount of oil, eggs stick to the griddle. Made a grilled cheese sandwich, worked well. Attached photo of one of the more successful egg flips.
