In preparing meals for my four person family this is the perfect size for all things dinner. My only issue so far is that raw chicken does stick to it just a tad. But we cook without any oils or butter in our home, so quickly solve this with some water..

This is our first ceramic pan and we love it so far, it is the most non-stick pan we have ever owned and we are curious to see how long that will last for. Our hope is to buy the whole set if it holds up well. Our one critique would be the lid, both lid and pan have the ceramic coating, increasing the chances of chipping and damage. I would highly recommend future versions to include a silicone ring (maybe even a replaceable sleeve ring) for the edge of the lid to buffer between the two.
