Extremely difficult to clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited about the idea of Caraway and purchased two pans. At first, the pans seemed great and I was looking to add to my Caraway collection after gifting other Caraway items to friends and family. However, after having the pans only a few months, I noticed that I started having so much trouble cleaning them. I have never used the pans on high heat (I even turn the burner on and lower the flame before I set the pan down). I have never put them in the dishwasher, I have only washed them with mild soap after use. I oil the pans sufficiently before putting any food in them. After all this care, food still sticks to the pan so badly that I find myself using my nails to scrap it off in the sink. I think the idea is great, but for the time spent cleaning the pans, it's not worth it.
