A: According to the oxo website it is heat resistant to 450°F.

Worst spatula ever
The silicone is great in that it won’t scrape up the non-stick finish in non-stick pans. However, eggs stick to this thing. Scrambled, fried, whatever, they stick. Forget about beautiful, delicious, fried eggs with intact yolks. Not gonna happen. Want nice, delicious scrambled eggs?? Most of it will stay on the spatula while you’re trying to scramble. Don’t buy this spatula.

Terrible Egg Spatula. Spare yourself.
I hope this review can save just one person from this spatula. Look in my humble opinion they should rename this thing “Egg Yolk Breaker 3000”. If you are like me and you are particular about making fried eggs without breaking the yolk all over the place, I would NOT recommend this spatula. This thing breaks every single egg yolk. I had to go back to using my 15 year old spatula from the multi-pack. Save yourself please.

Manufacturer going cheap
Bought a second one yesterday, as the 2+ year old one had been used a lot and I’d noticed some ‘fraying’ around the edges. Not unexpected wear and tear. The new one is NOTICEABLY THINNER! It warped during the first washing in the dishwasher. The ‘old one’ hasn’t warped at all. Unfortunately, just another victim of ‘Shrinkflation’ by the manufacturer.

Good spatula
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spatula is easy to clean. It feels good in the hand. I like this brand. It is durable and I would repurchase in the future. There is one issue I have some times where I have difficulty flipping. It I think it is the shape of my new pan, not this spatula.

Not heat safe!!!
I have used this twice, over medium heat, for flipping pancakes. The edge is now melting and fraying, and little bits of black plastic came off in the pan and on our pancakes. What on Earth kind of cooking utensil melts and disintegrates over medium heat???

Thin blade warped after 2nd use. It now breaks yolks when flipping eggs. Well Oxo it appears your quality has gotten flushed as it goes to a second hand store. Highly do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spatula is perfect for eggs, pancakes, cookies, or just about anything im cooking and baking. The flexibility really works nicely in trying to get under things in a curved pan or even dishing out things from a deeper baking dish. I like the silicone grip handle so it doesnt slip in my hand while im using it. And its non stick so i dont miss out on any of the good parts and food just slides right off.
