Great but stains easily/gets scorch marks.
Burn marks after using it a few times. Don’t let it sit with flame on too long or you’ll get marks all over that just won’t budge- even with Dawn power wash spray. Can’t scour it with scratchy sponge because don’t want to remove finish so I’m stuck with a stained beige pan. They need to make the pan a dark finish or fix this issue somehow. I use daily and mainly for pancakes, quesadillas and heating tortillas.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

Feeling disappointed with how my order arrived
I’m really disappointed with the quality in Which they arrived with scuffs, marks/ fingerprints on multiple of the pans, the paint already chipped, the colour doesn’t match what was advertised in the photos. My expectation was more of a cooler cream, but it looks more like a tacky yellow/cream.

The lid was nice and sturdy, it’s a flat surface lid. Cleaning was easy not having to scrap the pot to get it clean.

The pan heated up quickly and cooked my vegetables evenly without any hot spots. I only needed a small amount of oil, and nothing stuck to the surface, making it easy to stir and sauté. The 5-quart size was perfect because it gave me plenty of room to cook without overcrowding the pan. I also liked the glass lid since I could easily check on my vegetables without lifting it and letting the steam escape. Cleanup was quick and effortless, which is always a huge plus after cooking.

Poor durability
I don't normally leave reviews, especially going out of my way for a bad review but a whole batch of ruined pancakes has triggered me. Bought this 6 months ago. At first I loved it. Followed the instructions religiously for proper cooking/cleaning for the non-stick factor. And 6 months later it is absolutely worthless. Non-stick is horrible. This is going to the trash now. Don't waste your time. If I have to have a high maintenance pan, I'll go back to cast iron.

Amazing!

My Pan-tastic weekend!

The GreenPan 5 Qt with a beautiful FLAT glass lid came in just in time for the 4th of July festivities. It’s such a nicer pan than I’d expected. 5 Quarts, and it can even be used in the oven at 350 degrees or lower (heat). Easy to clean, with a a flat glass lid with I very much enjoyed over all the other kids for my previous pots & pans. It recommended no spray oil so I am happy with this information, since I love using extra virgin olive oil. Sleek, well crafted and dishwasher safe. Breakfast, lunch & dinner. It made of holiday family time much easier to entertain.
