[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best pan I've ever cook on. Got it last year as a Christmas gift, and I love it. It's my go to pan for everything. I love it so much, planning to purchase a 2nd one. I've look for this size for a while, it's roomy enough to cook item at one time. Made of good materials. The surface is truly nonstick. Target website advertises that the grill can be used on induction ranges. It cannot. The pan itself is not marked with the induction symbol. Further, the Calphalon website does not state that this product is induction compatible. I returned item, although beautifully designed and good quality, because it does not work with my new GE induction range.

Nice nonstick. Griddle warps when heated even with a bridge burner. Also very slippery on stove top. Works great as a baking pan. Disappointed with performance as a stove top griddle. Back to the lodge griddle.

If it wasn’t for this griddle, I’d be washing a minimum of 3 pans for breakfast just to make sure everything was cooking at the same time and everything would be ready altogether. I can make bacon, potatoes and eggs for up to 3 people on this thing. But breakfast is not the only thing I’ve made! I also made burgers, thin steaks, homemade tortillas, and reheated meat on this thing! Cleaning this baby is so fast also. Just be sure to use plastic and silicone utensils when cooking.

If you are going to use it to cook, I don’t recommend buying it. After the first use everything started to stick to the pan and it even warped. I got a replacement to use it just for tortillas. So if you want it for heating up tortillas or quesadillas it’s good, but not for cooking.

Previous to pruchasing this griddle, I had a Calphalon Anodized Griddle. That one was great lasted over 2 years. Unfortunately they stopped making that one and replaced it with this one. This new one is absolutely terrible. After 2 months of use it has burn marks on it that will not come out. Food is already sticking to it. Will never buy this one again. Very dissapointed.

I purchased this grill to make pancakes. The pancakes cook very well! The kids are happy that we can cook several at a time. Easy to use and nothing sticks to the grill. Also, very easy to clean! This was a good purchase for us and I would recommend this grill.

It’s beautiful but it is not induction compatible like it says it is. I’m sure it’s great for gas or electric but it’s definitely not for induction stove tops.
