Avoid placing a cold pan on an already hot burner or using high heat right away, as thermal shock can cause warping. Use Even Heat Sources: This griddle is designed for use across two stovetop burners. Ensure both burners are at the same heat setting to promote even heating across the surface. Using mismatched temperatures can lead to uneven expansion and potential warping. Avoid Cold Water on a Hot Pan: Never run cold water over the hot griddle or submerge it in cold water immediately after use.
