Wonderful addition to my cooking arsenal
Glad to try ceramic cookware, it's a dream! I also use a well seasoned set of carbon steel skillets, but the ceramic is great when I need even cooking at lower heat, or using acidic ingredients. Different needs, different vessels

Didnt work for me
This pan was not nonstick. Only used a couple times before giving up and getting a different one. Even with nonstick spray French toast was glued to it.

does not work on a convection oven
I searched for a griddle and under the features tab I selected convection oven. This griddle came up; I received the gridldle and it does not work on a convection oven. I have tried to fill our a form for Calphalon but theyask me for date of purchase, which i give them, then "date code" and i have no idea what that means.

So far, so good!
I haven't had the pan for too long, so I can't speak to its longevity. However, it has worked pretty well for making pancakes the last couple of weeks. It's easy to clean, and the nonstick surface is very effective!

The edges are too small to contain anything! I tried cooking French toast and in attempt to flip them they slid off the sides of the pan onto the stove top!!!! Apparently they didn’t test cook them. I can’t imagine how easily eggs would slide off. I returned it.

Love this pan
this is my first time buying Calphalon so I can'y comment on longevity but so far I love it. the griddle is nice and big with a non-stick surface that is amazing. Plenty of room for 4 huge hamburgers. When you're done, the wash up is quick and easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Calphalon’s reputation is absolutely earned. This griddle lived up to its name. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because the lips on the side of the griddle or a little too low for my liking. Excellent for pancakes eggs not so much grilling onions and peppers. The heat distribution was a little more focused underneath the heating element on my stove. However, I have an electric stove and I don’t think this would be a problem with the gas stove. The griddle was easy to clean and fits with my other cookware seamlessly.

Versatile, light and easy to clean Pan-Griggle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own several pots and pans of high value, yet none of them compare to the performance of this particular pan in terms of cooking and cleaning efficiency. I typically use a light spray of Pam for added convenience in food preparation and cleanup, although I am unsure of its necessity. Please be advised not to immerse the hot pan in water. Regrettably, I accidentally did so in a rush and although it continued to function well, concerns arose regarding potential damage caused. This griddle pan is truly outstanding - featuring a non-stick surface and lightweight construction, with ideal dimensions for the main stove burner. Noteworthy aspects of this product include excellent heat distribution and effortless cleanup. Regrettably, the only drawback is that it tends to slide around during stirring or food removal. Nonetheless, it is perfect for preparing pancakes and sandwiches, boasting an appealing appearance and cool-to-the-touch handle. For extended longevity, it is recommended to refrain from placing the pan in the dishwasher.

Great nonstick cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is fantastic especially for nonstick items. It’s also sooo easy to clean. I forgot to take a picture but I made crepes on it and I didn’t even need butter to grease it. FYI I made my crepes round and not square. The pan heated evenly so there weren’t spots that cooked faster than others. So easy to use and easy to clean.

This dish is a breeze to clean up, it is truly nonstick. Just add water & a little soap & put it away. I haven’t had a Calphalon product in a while & I was pleasantly surprised.

So many functional uses for cooking

The design is awesome for making paninis, pizzas for the kids, toast with toppings and pancakes among other things! It distributes the heat evenly and makes using it a breeze. While the label reports its dishwasher safe we prefer to handwash and it has held up immaculately.

Good for All in One Breakfast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this pan to be extremely good to cook my breakfast items all at once. I mainly use this in the mornings for when I fix my breakfast. I am able to put all of my breakfast items in one pan and be able to cook them simultaneously. The cleaning of this pan is so simple where you can just wipe it down and reuse it. However I do watch this pan often with soap and water but I like the fact that it's able to cook everything all at once. The handle for me is very long however, it's very sturdy and the pain itself is very lightweight. The heat distributes very well however because of me using an electric stove, it may not distribute well and I think it would be better if it was a gas stove. I have not used this for any other types of meals however I think this will be great if you're trying to fix breakfast items more so than dinner or even lunch options. But I could see this being used for lunch options for making warm sandwiches and home fries if you want.
