The Best Pots & Pans Ever!
These are the best pots and pans I have ever owned. They heat quickly and evenly, produce a nice brown and clean up beautifully. I love that I am cooking on a healthy surface without the fear of damaging it. I added to my set by purchasing the 7 Qt Dutch Oven and the 12” Fry Pan. I wish there was a smaller Sauce Pan (1.5 Qt) available. This was definitely a purchase I am very happy with.

Great product
It works like a dream right out of the box, unlike other non-stick pans we've purchased made without PFAs. I wish this set included a 5.5 qt, but this works fine (and I bought a separate enameled cast iron for that).

IMO the BEST cookware!
I’m really happy with my Calphalon ceramic cookware. It has excellent non-stick properties with respect to releasing food and also making clean-up easy. NOTHING STICKS! But the primary reason I bought this set was because the ceramic coating is non-toxic (unlike most non-stick coatings). In addition, the set is very attractive and is built to last. As a matter of fact, I have a Calphalon set that is 30 years old and it still cooks and looks great. That’s why when I decided that I’d like the convenience of a non-stick set I only ever considered buying another Calphalon set.

Beautiful set but the non stick feature does not last! I've had these for less than 1 year, and the frying pans which we use the most often have lost their nonstick capability. When I contacted target customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I should reach out to the manufacturer as this item does have a 10 year warranty. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was not helpful either, as they requested the pans to be sent back to them for further warranty evaluation, which can take 30 days. In order to do that I would have to purchase new pans which defeats the purpose of even sending it back for warranty. What's the point of warranty if you're not going to do anything about it even after seeing the photos of the issue? Super disappointing purchase from target. I would expect them to have some sort of resolution for this as a regular target customer. :(

Beware of defects
I opened and unpacked the cookware. There was an issue with the finish on the cookware. I filed a warranty claim with them that same day that I received and unboxed the product. The company ignored the defect I reported to them. Would not approve a warranty request, or offer to help make it right. I can’t recommend this brand of cookware. They don’t stand behind their product and they have zero customer service. I now am the proud owner of defective, brand new, expensive, cookware set.

My family got this set a few months ago and I honestly have never seen pans with such a non-stick surface. It's extremely smooth, which takes some getting use to because you may find yourself pushing the food around the pan instead of getting under it to flip it (meats, veggies, eggs, etc.). That said, my family cooks eggs with no butter, and hot dishes with no oil...the pans just wipe clean under the faucet. I'm very impressed (and that's hard to do)! They are a bit heavy, so they take a little longer to heat up and cool down, and the aluminum handles will get warm but not hot. Everything is well-constructed and very durable from what I can tell. Ultimately, I definitely recommend them! (Give the old ones to the kids when they move out, lol)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Calphalon Premier Ceramic 8 Piece Set in Mushroom is such a beautifully well made set that comes securely packaged. It’s ceramic nonstick without a PFAS coating which means you can use metal utensils with it. It’s dishwasher safe but hand wash recommended. And honestly the Calphalon Quick Cleaning Technology makes clean up absolutely effortless with no scrubbing needed. Because there are no plastic, the pots and pans and even the lids are oven safe for up to 500F. I’m in love and find the mushroom color neutral enough to go with any decor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These premier ceramic 8-piece sets by Calphalon are heavy-duty. They have a nice heft to the pan and the lid as well. Since they are ceramic, nothing has stuck to the pans, and they rinse clean quickly. The handle on the lid does get hot when cooking. They are also listed as being able to go into the oven, but I have not tried that yet. Great set that will last me a very long time.

I could tell right away that these were excellent quality just by looking at them and by how heavy they are. I like that it comes with a deep stock pot instead of the usual large pots most sets come with. The lids fit good and look nice too. I l think the color is very modern and matches my kitchen well. And most importantly they cook evenly, don’t stick and are easy to clean.

The best pans I have ever owned!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with these pans! First of all they look so pretty. Thur are packaged perfectly so they don’t get scratched in shipping. When I pick them up they feel very sturdy and you can tell they are high quality. The kids are perfect and fit interchangeably. Clean up is a breeze. They clean up so quickly and beautifully. The food we have cooked has come out perfect and doesn’t stick at all. I would fully recommend these pans!

Completely non stick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used ceramic cookware before this. I learned it is safe to use metal spatulas when cooking with these and that’s great. We cooked pancakes and they turned out perfectly. We didn’t need to spray the pan at all. We also did hasbrowns and they slipped all around the pan. Completely non stick! The color is a beautiful taupe and they feel heavy duty. They do recommend handwashing but that’s no biggie! I was impressed with this set.
