Q: From the pictures, it looks like the lids are not transparent. Is that so? I like to see if my water is boiling, etc.

A: That's correct! Our lids are made from the same material and color as the body of the pans. There is a small steam hole that helps for boiling!

A: We highly recommend hand washing over dishwasher usage! Dishwasher detergents tend to have harsh ingredients that can aid in the rapid deterioration of the nonstick coating.

Food that would’ve stuck to my last pots and pans slides off easily now. My only note is that the lid holder is slightly longer than my cabinet door once on the hanging hooks, so I had to switch the cabinet but still worked out. I highly recommend.

This a beautiful and fancy set but after use for 6 months the product is literally trash the nonstick is a joke, everything stick even if you use some small quantities of oil to avoid it, I can’t even make a nice egg, I bought the full set including the baking set and all of them has scratches everywhere, I took care of them exactly as the manual but won’t work either way the set start scratching very easily . Don’t waste your money.

I used the dutch oven to make my sourdough loaves and took the heat in the oven well. All the pots clean up so quickly and I love that the set came with easy storage solutions for both the pots and pans.

Everything sticks to it, it’s very difficult to clean, and we find them frustrating to use. This was an investment for us so sad to say it’s only be 8 months and we will likely need to invest in different pans.

The pans performance is as advertised. In addition to my cookware set I have 2 of the 9" round cake pans, I never have to spray. I put a round parchment on the bottom and my cakes come out perfect every time. The full baking set is on my list to purchase next. I'll definitely recommend Caraway to my friends and family.
