Q: From the pictures, it looks like the lids are not transparent. Is that so? I like to see if my water is boiling, etc.

A: We highly recommend hand washing over dishwasher usage! Dishwasher detergents tend to have harsh ingredients that can aid in the rapid deterioration of the nonstick coating.

A: Our longer-handled cookware, such as the Sauté Pan, Fry Pan, and Sauce Pan all have a notch a few inches up the handle. This notch designates at what point the handle should stay cool enough to grab with bare hands. Extended use could cause that warmth to increase slightly further up the handle, but it would not for nearly all regular meals and recipes!

These have lasted us maybe two years and are looking rough. Got them as a wedding gift. Definitely would let get again, or gift to anyone. They seem like more for people who only cook for Instagram posts as they are initially aesthetically pleasing.

I found that this was a substantial piece of cookware heavy in weight but definitely top quality. It came packaged so nicely and securely. You really felt like you were getting a very special gift. And you were. As a cook. I found it very easy to clean. It is definitely non-stick. It is great that it can go from the stove to the oven. It's very important to me that I know that I'm cooking my food with non-toxic cookware. I hope as I continue to use this cookware set, I am as impressed with it as I am right now. I will definitely be buying more pieces as time goes on. I would highly recommend this cookware set to anyone looking for a quality piece of cookware that is non-toxic, non-stick and versatile.

The navy color is very stylish and will look great in our new white and navy kitchen. It is beneficial being able to cook on low and medium heat. All proteins cook beautifully in very little oil and easily release from the pan. Cleaning is so effortless. Even a stain from a homemade bean cassoulet easily came off. The pan and lid storage are an added bonus and a well thought out addition.

After having a baby I wanted to switch all my kitchen items to non toxic and it also became important to me to invest in stuff that would last a long time instead of cheaping out. ALL THAT BEING SAID, these pans ARE THE BEST. they feel sooo nice and look even nicer and are so easy to clean. I love the peace of mind that it’s all nontoxic. I will be recommending caraway forever!
