A: That's correct! Our lids are made from the same material and color as the body of the pans. There is a small steam hole that helps for boiling!

A: We highly recommend hand washing over dishwasher usage! Dishwasher detergents tend to have harsh ingredients that can aid in the rapid deterioration of the nonstick coating.

So excited!
My new set of Caraway cookware arrived yesterday and I can't wait to start using them. I have only cooked with the small pot. Very easy to clean. Cookware is beautiful.There was a little bit of a holdup with the pick up of the cookware. I emailed them right away. They answered right away and emailed me directly that they were going to send out a new set of cookware because it never left the warehouse. He also said he was going to send complementary pot holders. I did not receive the complementary pot holders yet, but it appears that they were sent separate..
