    Great Pan

    I’m really impressed with my Caraway rectangular pan so far. I used it for the first time to bake enchiladas, and everything turned out perfectly. The nonstick surface worked exactly as promised—nothing stuck to the pan at all, and serving was effortless. Cleanup was just as easy, which is always a bonus. It feels well-made and performs beautifully. Definitely a great addition to my kitchen!

    Be sure to play close attention to the dimensions. This pan is not nearly long enough or high enough for large lasagna made from scratch.
