I wanted to replace my tried and true bread pans. My initial thought was that the pan is quite a bit smaller. I made a homemade quick bread and didn't have to use anything on the pan. The bread baked evenly and popped out so easily. Clean-up was a breeze. I do have concerns about using this size pan for my Christmas yeast bread. I don't think it will contain it while rising and baking.
