Nordic Ware Naturals® 9" x 13" Rectangular Cake Pan with Storage Lid

A: Who needs a lid that just sits on top of the pan? How are you supposed to take this anywhere when the lid won't stay on? By the way, my baked goods don't need to breathe. They need to stay in the pan.

A: Hello, The plastic creates a complete connection, is does not 'snap'. It intentionally allows your baked goods to breathe. A: Hello, General maximum temperature recommendation for Natural Aluminum Bakeware including the Compact Oven Crisping Sheet is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps. Oil can become permanently baked on to pans at higher temperatures and the pan may discolor or take on a bronzed patina. These features are cosmetic and do not cause a safety issue. The pan will continue to perform. Please Note: the Naturals NONstick bakeware (bakeware that has a non stick coating applied) have a maximum temperature recommendation of 400 degrees.
