Carote 21pc Nonstick Cookware Set Taupe

I was so in love with this set when I bought it. Right out the box, the large pot was smashed in slightly and the lid would not fit properly without some work. I let it go cause these were so nice right out the box and didn’t want to deal b with the hassle. I got these about 2 months ago and noticed a weird cracking that got louder and louder. I thought liquid fell onto my glass stovetop and it turned out to be liquid that was trapped in the handle from when they were washed last. The water boiled while cooking and released steam through the handle and burned the crap out of me. The handle was so hot I couldn’t touch it anymore to even move it off the stove. I’ve owned lots of cookware in my lifetime and this has never happened. This was so poorly designed and is definitely a safety hazard. Do not recommend at all. Sadly I purchased the same set for my brother for Christmas and he is also experiencing the same issues. Awful. You can see the steam and the condensation in the photos.

Horrible quality - bought as a Christmas gift. All of the rubber seal around the lid just crumbles apart. HAND WASHED ONLY! Never seen something do this.

1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Company & Customer Service I purchased a CAROTE pots and pans set less than 30 days ago, and it was defective right out of the box. You’d think a company would stand behind a product that’s not even a month old — CAROTE does not. Instead of honoring a simple warranty replacement, they told me they “don’t know” when they can replace it because the color I purchased is no longer available. Their solution? Send me random mismatched colors. That is completely unacceptable. I didn’t pay for a Frankenstein cookware set. Customer service was incredibly rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. No accountability, no timeline, no effort to make things right. Just excuses and a “too bad” attitude. I felt talked down to and brushed off, as if standing behind their own product was somehow my unreasonable request. This company clearly cares more about pushing products than supporting customers once they’ve taken your money. If you value basic warranty protection, respectful treatment, or competent customer service, do yourself a favor and buy from literally any other brand. CAROTE has proven they cannot be trusted to stand behind their products. I deeply regret this purchase.

I gave these as a birthday present to my daughter. She absolutely loves them. Food does not stick. They work so great, I gave some to my mother in law. She was even more impressed! Eggs did not stick!

Target delivered my package to the incorrect address and refuses to offer me a replacement or refund ! STOP SHOPPING WITH TARGET !

Gave as a holiday gift. They LOVE the set saying it’s truly nonstick and so wonderful to work with. They love the neutrality of the taupe color.

Function, asthetics, storage

I received this set as a Christmas Gift and I was really looking forward to using them, but upon opening the box, all of the lids, handles, and pots n pans are ALL COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLORS! I was very disappointed. I have no way of being able to return them at the moment, so now I'm stuck with a bunch of mix-matched pots and pans that I was so excited to use...

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Super easy to clean and doesn’t scratch or stain easy. Definitely nonstick! Heats up quick and all over the pan. Very durable! I definitely recommend!
