I want this pan in every size!

Nice nonstick but off balance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in return for an honest review. This is a nice pan for making eggs. The 8" width happily holds a few scrambled or fried eggs. The non stick works well well and it cleans up easily. It's very sturdy and didn't give off any weird smells. The only issue is on my gas stove, the handle is too heavy for the lightweight pan and it tips over. This doesn't happen so much in a flat surface but my gas stove has metal burners and it can be an issue, I have to be very careful that it is stable before I release it.

Even the 12 inch pan isn't much deeper than a pancake griddle. The shape is also too rounded so not helpful to contain things in the bottom. Not good for browning hamburger and stirring things in. Great for eggs and breakfast things from what I've read, but not what I had intended it for.

I have used it for eggs fried and scrambled, yes I used butter but not much and the eggs cooked evenly and didn't stick. I have also used to reheat food and everything has cooked evenly and didn't stick. With food not sticking it was easy to clean.

Really non-stick!

Fried an egg on it, even without oil, and it easily lifted off. With a tiny bit of oil, it slides right around in the pan! Works great, I would buy other sizes. Need to continue using to see the longevity of it but so far it's great.

Perfect little pan for everyday use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ceramic Non stick Aluminum surface didn't scratch or flake off when used with metal whisk. High sides so items don't spill out easily. Bottom is nonslip. Pan is light weight. Handle is heat resistant-no potholder needed. Pan does not keep cooking when removed from heat source so food doesn't burn or over cook. Aesthetically a very handsome pan. With light weight food items pan tips a little. Not a deal breaker for me.

Many Great Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many things to love about this little frying pan. It is amazing how absolutely nothing sticks to it and how easily it cleans up. I was really impressed that I didn't use any butter or oil and I made scrambled eggs with nothing sticking. Everything slid right out of the pan. It almost looked like I didn't have to clean it lol but of course I did and it was very easy and came looking good as new. But it has a major flaw. Straight out of the packaging it did not sit flat on my cooktop. I cracked the egg into the middle of it and it slid to the side. The pan was wobbly on the cooktop. This absolutely shouldn't be the way for a brand new pan so I was disappointed.

Nice little pan

It's a nice small pan, but is perfect if you're trying to cook a small meal for one person. I made grilled cheese in it and it didn't stick and was easy to clean once it was cooled down. Overall, I think this pan works well and would love to get a slightly bigger one to be able to cook for more than one person.
