Even the 12 inch pan isn't much deeper than a pancake griddle. The shape is also too rounded so not helpful to contain things in the bottom. Not good for browning hamburger and stirring things in. Great for eggs and breakfast things from what I've read, but not what I had intended it for.

Really non-stick!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been looking for pans that are not Teflon, but still nonstick, and this fits the bill! Fried an egg on it, even without oil, and it easily lifted off. With a tiny bit of oil, it slides right around in the pan! Works great, I would buy other sizes. Need to continue using to see the longevity of it but so far it's great.

Perfect little pan for everyday use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this 8" Bistro-Cera fry pan for a few weeks now, and honestly, it's become my go-to for so many things. The size is just right for cooking eggs in the morning, sautéing veggies for one or two people, or making a quick grilled cheese. The ceramic coating is seriously impressive. Everything just slides right off , I'm talking eggs that glide onto the plate without a fight, and I barely need any oil or butter. Cleanup is a breeze too. A quick wipe with a soapy sponge and it's good as new. The 8-inch size is ideal for small kitchens or if you don't have a ton of storage space. It's become my everyday workhorse pan, and I find myself reaching for it way more than my bigger pans. If you're looking for a reliable, easy-to-use fry pan that won't break the bank, this Bistro-Cera is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

IMUSA yes I am
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ceramic Non stick Aluminum surface didn't scratch or flake off when used with metal whisk. High sides so items don't spill out easily. Bottom is nonslip. Pan is light weight. Handle is heat resistant-no potholder needed. Pan does not keep cooking when removed from heat source so food doesn't burn or over cook. Aesthetically a very handsome pan. With light weight food items pan tips a little. Not a deal breaker for me.

Many Great Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many things to love about this little frying pan. It is amazing how absolutely nothing sticks to it and how easily it cleans up. I was really impressed that I didn't use any butter or oil and I made scrambled eggs with nothing sticking. Everything slid right out of the pan. It almost looked like I didn't have to clean it lol but of course I did and it was very easy and came looking good as new. But it has a major flaw. Straight out of the packaging it did not sit flat on my cooktop. I cracked the egg into the middle of it and it slid to the side. The pan was wobbly on the cooktop. This absolutely shouldn't be the way for a brand new pan so I was disappointed.

Nice little pan

It's a nice small pan, but is perfect if you're trying to cook a small meal for one person. I made grilled cheese in it and it didn't stick and was easy to clean once it was cooled down. Overall, I think this pan works well and would love to get a slightly bigger one to be able to cook for more than one person.

Lightweight Heavy Duty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received an 8" Bistro-cera fry pan for free for an honest review. My first thought was this pan was too light and would not be any good. My first test was an egg white omelet. I have an electric stove top and did not think this little pan would heat evenly. I was wrong, my omelet not only cooked evenly all around it also did not stick to the pan without any oil to cook the eggs. The nonstick coating seems to well adhered to the pan. I have since used this little heavy duty fry pan several times each time being a little tougher on it. It has surprised and delighted me. I would now like to look at some of their larger cooking vessels.

A classic staple for your kitchen

Love this Pan!

Eggs, chicken, grilled cheese, hashed brown potatoes; you name it, they do not stick and are browned perfectly is this cute 8" pan. Plus , clean up is a breeze. I'm investing in the large size skillet and sauce pot next.

I would buy this again but a bigger size

So far I've cooked scrambled eggs in it and it comes out perfect. The only issue I have is the handle is a little heavy so the pan titles a little but other than that it's great. Easy to clean as well.

Lightweight pan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 8" bistro-cera pan is very lightweight and easy to wash. However, because it's so lightweight it doesn't sit flat on my stove surface, it's shaky/lifted from one side until I put some heavier food in it. In the long run I'm not sure how much this will bother me. My omelette came out good though and did not stick. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
