GreenPan Valencia Pro 11" Ceramic Square Griddle Black

I looked at allot of Pans. These are high quality. They clean up so easy. Mine still look like new after a year.

Beautiful piece bought for a son for Christmas. Arrived on time. Look forward to giving to him.

Excellent Square Pan! Cleans up easy, cooks evenly, I personally just handwash the pans, so I have not tested how well they do in dishwasher.

It’s still new but very non stick. Wish it came in a double!

I use this so often I leave it on the stove! Scratch resistant best feature. Even heat.

This griddle lost its “non-stick” capability after one use. Now everything sticks.

The Greenpan ceramic frypans and everything pan I purchased were amazing. They conducted heat so much more efficiently than my other cookware that was rated as the best at the time. I used to cook almost everything on high heat and now medium-high seems to be the same heat. And nothing sticks to the surface. I was definitely impressed and had to get used to gentler handling using utensils because I didn’t have friction and needed less force. Why am I talking about skillets when this review is for. griddle? Because, the griddle with low sides requires even lighter handling with utensils. The griddle is even more so. Developing a lighter touch soon becomes second nature, though, and you get stellar results with a gentler touch. There’s an adaptive process to not having food sticking, but still browning and crisping that you quickly overcome and I just love these pans. Oil is used for flavor and to get a level of crispness, which is great, and not required so food won’t stick, which results in you deciding to use more oil from a culinary perspective and not just to prevent sticking.

This griddle is terrific for grilled ham and cheese as well as French toast. It is also great for fried eggs.

This pan is nice and sturdy and easy to clean. Heats up great even on a gas range. Will be using this over and over again

We use this on our induction stovetop. I really wanted a black stone but my husband talked me into this. It literally works the same way a black stone would but with a lot less work and from the comfort of my kitchen. I love it especially for frying up chicken and veggies. We put it over 2 burners so I do veggies on one half and chicken on the other. And it cleans up super easily.

I am very happy with the Valencia Pro 17pc cookware set that arrived a few weeks ago. After 40 years of my beautiful copper and stainless steel pans I had to let them go as they didn't work on my new induction cooktop. I scoured the thrift stores for compatible pots but I recently baby sat a friend's doggies and got to use her set of green pan cookware. I was very impressed, she has a set of the Padova pale green version which are gorgeous too but don't really suit my decor. I was going to hold out for the black set to come back in stock, but I really do like the subtle dark grey finish. They are a delight to cook with, very easy to clean even after baking a sticky casserole. They are a comfortable weight for me and I am thrilled to be able to chuck out my old Teflon pans for a safer ceramic finish. I am very impressed and am considering purchasing a set for my partner's family so their toddlers have a toxic free start to life.

Best ceramic pans. You need so little oil and they seem really resistant to chipping.

Absolutely love these griddle/pans. With my first griddle, it remained non stick (with just a little butter) for nearly a year, until I forgot to turn off a burner and had some bacon grease and egg yoke burn onto the surface that would just not come off unless I ruined the surface with a more abrasive cleaner. So got a new one, and I still prescrub this one with a nylon brush and then wash it in the dishwasher. Still zero issues and it's admittedly more non stick than the last one was after a year of use, but when you're a short order breakfast cook for your teenage kids every weekend, it certainly gets used!! I actually wish there was one just 2 inches larger so it could handle an entire package of bacon, but that's just me...

I bought this for my induction cooktop and it works really well. Love the healthy non-stick ceramic surface.

Bad quality, the nonstick ceramic is really bad quality

Super happy with these pans. They're definitely nonstick but without the detrimental chemicals in coated versions. Looking forward to buying more GreenPans in their beautiful colors and designs.

I wanted to love these, but everything sticks to them, even with oil. I’m disappointed with my purchase.
