This is such a great pan! It is a good size, very generous and the sides are just right for keeping things in. It heats up so evenly! I use it on two burners and the middle gets just as hot as the ends. Works great for a big batch of hash browns.

The pan was (and still is) completely non-stick and is so easy to clean. I've never had to put in such little effort to clean something. I'm used to putting everything on high heat but I finally learned that not everything has to be put to 100. It heats fast and evenly. And actually makes me look forward frying something cause I know it's going to be a quick cleanup. Also I'll add, its light weight. Ive had much heavier pans that burn everything! This pan was so good I actually threw out 2.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Greenpan Valencia Pro has a very nice hand feel and isn’t too heavy or uncomfortable for my arthritis. It sits flat on the stovetop which isn’t the case with some of my other frying pans, so bags great for an even distribution of heat. I followed the instructions and used butter to grease the pan and it didn’t cause any issues with burning it leaving a residue. I’ve read a lot of reviews that this pan works wonderfully at first but then loses its non-stick capabilities and becomes useless. So far I’ve only used it twice so my review is only for those two uses, so far. Influenster have given a smaller window than I’d like to submit this review, so if there are any changes I’ll try and come back and update. Otherwise, so far I’m really happy with the ease of use and cleaning the Valencia Pro has, giving me a nice evenly cooked meal with little muss or fuss each time.

Not too heavy, can grip well & a non stick texture. No assembly required, I've used numerous times & the handle is still super tight.

Two little girls who want them stacked high and dad in the tools trying not to burn the place down. I’ve gone through a few pans over the years and always end up with stuff stuck to them, no matter what I do. Cooked some with no butter or oil, no sticking. Clean up was easy, just a quick wipe and done. No scrubbing or soaking. The handle feels a bit hollow and light, feels a little odd, but doesn’t impact the cooking or how the pan works.

It is also very easy to clean after using, the handle is designed well so it doesn’t hold water after using in the dishwasher. The non-stick works really well better than my similar pan from different brand; everything just slides off easily. I feel like the coating is safer and higher quality than a lot of cheap non-stick pan on the market. Overall it is a very good buy and so worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely loving my new greenpan. Nothing sticks to it. I’ve fried eggs, burgers, made crepes, stir fries and nothing sticks to it. It is so easy to clean. If you just wipe with some kitchen paper, everything comes out clean as per my pictures. It’s a great size for my family. It feels very sturdy all around including the bottom and i can tell it is of high quality. I use it a lot since i got it. It can also start cooking with it on the stove and finish in the oven. So far this is my best pan. It also looks so nice on my kitchen bench. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a new frying pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this pan. I have used it for fried rice, grilled fish, omelettes, sausages, pancakes and so much more. Nothing has stuck and is SO easy to clean! Most of the time I just clean it paper towel as everything wipes away so quick and easy. Would 100% recommend and look to upgrade my whole pots and pans. I am beyond impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recently given the opportunity to test out the GreenPan Australia Valencia Pro Frypan 26cm. Suitable for cooking on all surfaces including induction, gas, electric, halogen or ceramic. I loved its diamond-infused, ceramic nonstick coating is free from PFAS & PFOA, and its dishwasher safe. The nonstick properties of this pan were next level. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed a literally nothing was stuck to the pan. The handle does get a little hot, so users should be mindful of this. I’m not super savvy in the kitchen so personally I would opt for an electric frypan but was otherwise happy with how this pan performed.

Most non stick pan I have ever used, the handle doesn't conduct heat, so safe handle, very easy to clean. Hopefully it holds the challenge for a long time.
