Not Happy, why wasn't the coffee jars wrapped up in something????
I said the box came with coffee jar broken and so coffee and glass was on EVERYTHING including the packets you expected me to pick them out of glass and coffee???? You dig the packets out. I want a refund. I ordered online for a reason and digging in glass and coffee isn't going to happen.

Despite using high-end products, my hair had been getting progressively worse. I ended up going down a rabbit hole trying to figure out why. Apparently, the majority of the products I was using contained protein and keratin, which made my hair more prone to breakage due to protein overload. My hair is naturally medium blonde, but I highlight it every three months, wash it frequently, and straighten it daily. My ends were in really bad shape. After using a good clarifying shampoo and this product, my hair feels and looks so much better! I leave it on for 1–2 minutes. The packet lasts me about five uses, if not more, since my hair is fairly thin.

Good product but strong frangrance
For the product purpose, I felt like it worked well to smooth my hair. That’s why I gave it 3 stars but took 2 away because of the smell. It’s so pungent it’s assaulting to the senses. It doesn’t smell bad per se but the fragrance is so strong and potent I washed my hair several times with shampoo and apple cider vinegar to strip my hair and it still smelled for days after. I don’t understand why every product needs to be scented.

I only used it once and did the option of just leaving it in for a few minutes while I shower. As there’s another option to sit under a dryer but I didn’t do that. I did notice a slight difference in my hair for the better! I also have extremely sensitive skin and my face will break out with any new hair product that runs down my face while I shower and I didn’t have issues with this at all! for damaged and dry hair
My hair was so damaged and dry before using this product that I was thinking about cutting it, I used the treatment as a last attempt to fix it and if it works, it has a good texture, it brings quite a bit and it leaves the hair really soft since you use it. Believe me, if your hair is dry and you are thinking about cutting it, use this and you will change your mind.

This made my hair SOOOO soft. I have bleached hair so usually I have to fight to make it not look dead and this literally saved me. It’s so good I wish I could use it every wash. I used this after I shampooed and clipped my hair up with it and left in for about 10 mins or so while I finished my shower. Then I added a small amount of leave in afterwards and plopped my hair (I have wavy curly hair). I cannot get over how soft and shiny my hair feels and it’s an amazing price!!
