Great pan
Heats fast & even, food does not burn on like a stainless (even well oiled) pan. Way lighter than my cast iron pans. The silicone handle sleeve is a nice touch.

Surprisingly good
I was surprised by how good the pan was when it arrived and not disappointed in how food has turned out so far. Solid but not too heavy. Nice silicone removeable handle. Excellent pre-seasoned surface worked great. Much better than non-stick I've used for years.

Non stick?
I still add a bit of oil and never on high heat but food still sticks. I use soft - medium scrub (not steel wool) but it doesn’t all come out.

seasoning came off on my eggs
I bought this because it is a good price for a carbon steel pan. The pre seasoning came off on my eggs and had to be thrown out. That said, the eggs didn't stick at all, so that's a plus. I expected better as my cast iron cookware has never had a seasoning cones off when cooking. Now my plan is black with spots where it's exposed.

I Hoped For Better
It heats up. It seems to heat uniformly across the bottom. That’s about all I’ll say that’s good about this skillet because, cleaning up after the first time I used it - to fry bacon - it developed uneven, faintly brown-ish blotches inside all across the bottom that don't come out by scrubbing or by seasoning the pan. It’s not horrible; I just thought it wouldbe better.

Food doesn't stick anymore than it does with a nonstick and
I'm very pleased with the pan. For years I've been using non-stick and this pan is every bit as nonstick! I also really like how food browns better. I also think that foods cook faster but that could be my imagination.

Concerns
I have not used my 10-inch pan yet. I am intimidated by the seasoning and cleaning instructions and am concerned that I will inadvertently ruin it.

A Great Balance on a Carbon Steel Frypan
The seasoning on this pan was good enough that I could use it effectively on the first day I received it. It's heavy enough to sear well but light enough to handle easily. The silicone handle is comfortable and holds stays put on the handle.

Everything sticks
No matter how I tried to "season" this pan, foods still stuck to the surface. Forget about making an omelet - it would be scrambled eggs. It's now sitting in the cabinet while I use my Green Pan with no problem.

Wonderful fry pan but read the care instructions
This heats up fast and cooks evenly. It's a breeze to clean. But be sure you read and follow the care instructions. Even the slightest bit of acid (lemon juice marinade on swordfish steaks in my case) will eat through the non-stick seasoning. Easy enough to re-season, but better to just avoid anything acidic.

Careful what you put in it.
Using hot seed oil in in the first time took the finish off in spots.
