Maybe the product is intentionally designed this way, but from the product description photos, the hook seems stationary. However, the hook wiggles and swings from side to side, making the gadget a bit cumbersome to use. This seems to be a design flaw. I keep wondering if I am missing something and am somehow supposed to be able to lock the hook in place.
