Being a teenage girl has never been easy.
Trying to balance academics, friendships, extracurriculars, and everything in between can feel impossible at times, and it's understandable to feel overwhelmed.
Throw classic adolescent insecurities into the mix and it seems like you've got a recipe for disaster.
You learn to pick yourself apart and tear yourself down before you're even aware of what you're doing, and it's no surprise that this can lead to depression, anxiety, and negative coping skills.
If this sounds familiar, know this: you are not alone.
Annabelle Pierce knows what it's like to feel weak and broken, but she also knows how empowering it can be to rediscover and reclaim a sense of self-love.
Rather than relying on vague words of encouragement or shallow compliments, she's come to understand the necessity of delving deep into self-reflection in order to challenge negative thinking.
Within this beautiful book are dozens of anecdotes, scenarios, and surveys designed to help you take actionable steps towards embodying confidence and embracing who you are.

Review Quotes
This is a journal composed with thoughtful consideration to the needs of teenage girls. Not only could this journal be therapeutic to teens, but adults of any age can certainly benefit from it, too. In between the thought provoking exercises, the author discusses appropriate topics as though she is talking directly to the reader; it is beautifully articulated. Positive and strong quotes are interspersed throughout the journal. She even includes QR code to scan to receive a free copy of her 90 day Wellness Journey Tracker.
I love this book! Self-esteem and self-love in teens can be very difficult to achieve. Social media does not make it any easier with the societal view on what is pretty. This book includes so many writing activities and helpful quotes! I would recommend this to anyone that is struggling, but it is eye-opening to others that are not. The tips in this book are very helpful in maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself, and how you let others treat you.
I was blown away by the depth of the exercises in this book. It goes way beyond the surface, and there are tons of meaningful activities. It says for teen-girls, and I am a bit older that and was drawn to the content. I can see how it is also appropriate for a teenage girl, however. Geared towards that age, but can use at any age. It was pure magic. I am going to get one for my niece as well, for her birthday.
This workbook is directed to young teens but I have found myself completing some of exercises and honestly I think young women in their 20's or 30's can also benefit from this.
This guide was extremely detailed and well-made. It's obvious a lot of thought was put into carefully curating this empowering guide for teenagers! Love the quotes and the small activities embedded into this. It's the little details that push this guide to the forefront.
