Q: Is there a way to have only English or only Spanish? I tested it in store and each time a button was hit it would say the word back in both languages.

This looks really fun and if there was no other choice I would probably even maybe buy it but because the draw is so small, I find that all toy registers nowadays, they make the draw too small, ! (old school toy registers had bigger space to put things in)

We bought this a few months ago and my kids love it. They are not rough with it at all and yet THE DRAWER STOPPED OPENING randomly one day when I went to put the plastic coin in. I replaced the batteries thinking that was the issue...nope. We have the key so that's not the issue. Not worth the price if it only lasts a few months. My kids would've played with this for years and I wanted to buy the checkout lane for them for Xmas but no way I'd purchase that now!

My daughter purchased this with her own money- the button on the cash drawer quit working after being pushed twice. The drawer does not open now causing the toy to be pretty much useless. After reading several reviews, it seems most have experienced this issue. The price is wayy too high for the quality of this, although you do get a lot of additional items with it- I don’t think that makes up for the cost. If I could return this, I would but the box had already been thrown away.

Overall a cute and well designed register EXCEPT the cord for the scanner is SO SHORT. Almost every time my daughter grabs the scanner to “scan” something, which is the fun part, it pulls the register off whatever stand or table it rests on. I tried putting it closer and on a lower level but it’s just soooo short… a foot long at most. You would gave to be very very close to the register and barely move for it to stay in place.

I figured out why were all having so many issues! On the back is a switch where you can turn the demo mode off and into English or Spanish mode! Once we did that, everything worked! My 1.5 year old loves this toy..his favorite is opening and closing the register haha

Super cute but frustrating. Within hours my daughter managed to cram all of the coins in the slot and jam the drawer. It took longer than I care to admit to un jam the drawer. The accessories are super cute and fun. My daughter loves that bullseye is everywhere. However, she gets super annoyed that the timer on one minute. She is packing up her grocery bag when the register says bye and my daughter then complains that she’s not done yet to the register. Probably more a her problem than a problem with the toy. A 1 min timer is genius for battery life.

super cute!! however the button to open the cash register draw is already jammed and we’ve had it opened for 2 hours. When my son hits the button and it doesn’t open he gets very frustrated. Very disappointing and at 30.00 and made by Target I expected better quality.

It looks very cute and aesthetic but I just bought it today and the register open button is already jammed so it doesn’t close all the way. You have to always press the power button to use any of the shopping buttons, and sometimes the scanner beeper doesn’t work, I literally just bought this a couple of hours ago. For 30$ you’d think it would be better.
