My doc recommended this to slow arthritis in my knee. He told me that many studies have shown that it is effective. I did some research myself and everything I read pointed in the same direction - it won't get rid of it or stop it, but slows it. I have been taking it for two years and just had more x-rays taken to check the progression and it has barely changed.....where the two years before that it had gotten considerable worse. I'm happy.

It literally doesn’t do anything. There are now tons of articles out that prove that this does nothing.
