It starts VERY sweet. Almost overwhelming, like a fluffy pistachio/vanilla cotton candy. After about 10 minutes, the pistachio note fades to like 30% the original strength and the vanilla really comes through. After 30 minutes the dry down is a heavily sweet vanilla and tonka bean scent, exactly as described. And let me tell you, I am obsessed with that dried down scent. It's like a complex vanilla buttercream fit for a bakery. Smells creamy, sugary, vanilla, and balanced. I swatched this on my wrist, so I can't speak to staying power over an entire day, but this is on the stronger and more persistent side of the Fine'ry collection as it is lasting through hand washing. I want my kitchen to smell like this. Maybe the candle version will be my next stop.

I love the scent and look of this perfume, but as soon as I started using mine it started leaking and spilling. The bottle is pretty and the atomizer spray is good, but this is such an inconvenience a waste and a mess. I wish the connection between the atomizer and the bottle was better or higher quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am SO thankful I had the opportunity to take part in this test because I certainly found my go-to fragrance for layering! Although I believe perfumes are extremely subjective, what I can say for certain is this is 100% my type of fragrance. Let's start with the bottle. High quality. Nowadays this means something to me. The bottle is heavy, and the cap gives a nice click so you know it's on tight. The atomizer is fantastic as well. I was able to get really great coverage with just two sprays. To me, this scent is unisex but leans more feminine. It has a lovely gourmand with a slight hint of nut and sweetness. For the price this perfume last a decently long time on me especially considering the fact that most of the time when I wear this I am layering it with two other scents. One of them is a "clean" scent with a fresh out of the shower/clean white sheets vibe as well as a subtle vanilla. The combination of these three fragrances is intoxicating and I have received multiple compliments from strangers in the grocery store but most importantly from my husband. I have got to find this in a travel size!

It's not an overly sicken sweet vanilla as either the pistachio or other green note must lighten it but I like the balance. I wear it mainly during the day and it makes a perfect spring or early summer fragrance. The sillage is moderate, not too overwhelming and lasts a few hours.

I fell in love with this scent the moment I tried it! I got so many compliments when i wore this. The only downside for it to be a perfume it's not as strong as it should be. At first bought te mist & then I bought the perfume to compare. The perfume is a bit stronger but ppl only smell it, if they are close in my personal space. When i walk passed someone the smell is very faint. Hope this helps.

The closest dupe to SDJ 62 that I have found. A must try if you are a fan of the SDJ product line! Longevity is so-so, when worn alone. But when layered with SDJ body mist or finery body mist version, potency and longevity were better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This reminds me of 62 by Sol De Janiero. It smells very similar in the profile. It's very sweet and nutty. I would say the lasting power isn't great and you definitely need to spray more but I'm an oversprsyer so it isn't a problem for me. I would say I get about 4 hours a wear before I need to respray. I highly recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly option!
