A: Thank you for your question. No the hinges can't be loosened in order to swing the panel as a gate door. You have to lift the gate hinges off the wall mounts in order to walk- thru then re- connect it back on the wall mounts to close.

A: Thank you for your question. While you can remove four panels to reduce the size to two, the mounting hardware must be used to secure it to the wall. This is a hardware-mounted system that requires drilling into a stud behind the drywall, as it is not a suction or tension mount.

A: The Superyard Duo does include the wall mounts needed for barrier installation.

A: Thank you for your question. The wall hinges on each side of the mounted barrier contain a locking boss that allows the attached end panel to be easily disconnected for passage.

A: Thank you for your question. As long as the Superyard is set up properly according to the directions, you can use it to block a Christmas tree. This means that the Superyard either needs to be set up as an enclosure where the panels are connected together as it completely surrounds the tree, or, it can be used as a barrier that is hardware mounted at each end to a solid surface such as a wooden stud behind drywall. To prevent tipping, the panels should never be used as a freestanding barrier that is not attached with wall mounts at each end. If the panels cannot be secured or do not connect together to form an enclosure around the tree, it should not be used.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. Please note that two Superyards should not be connected together to extend the barrier size. The maximum number of panels that can be used with the wall mounts is 6. Exceeding this limit may compromise the stability of the barrier, increasing the risk of collapse if force is applied.

A: Thank you for your question. The Superyard Duo contains 6 panels along with mounting hinges for each end. When installed with the wall hinges, the length is 201 inches. You can remove panels to decrease the size or, as shown in the photos, simply angle the panels at the connection points to fit a smaller space. To fit a space of 126 inches, you could remove 2 panels to bring the length down to 137". It would not fit the space in a straight line and would require placing an angle within the joints to accommodate that length.
