Liquid IV
Very helpful if you live in the desert like Vegas. If you work outside these are necessary. My husband likes these for work in construction.

Strawberry Lemonade is a favorite flavor in our house! Long time fan of Liquid IV as well because of the instant relief we feel. We are very active people and take it every day!

The BEST flavor
I've had nearly all LIV flavors and this is my fav. A little less sweet than the regular strawberry, but still overall sweet with a slight saltyness. Doesn't taste artificial. Perfect for a hot day or before/after working out.

Delicious and helps with daily headaches
I suffer from chronic migraines and my doctor recommended extra salt and electrolytes every day. I could drink these every day. They taste wonderful and I have seen an improvement in my daily headaches. This flavor is my favorite!

Part of an overall strategy
I am someone who has had a wicked headache in Denver, almost couldn’t get off the tram at the top of Pike’s peak, and got seasick on a local ferry. So when I planned my recent trip to the Grand Canyon and Sedona I didn’t want to risk the possibility of feeling less than ideal. In my quest to avoid altitude sickness, I did a variety of things. I wish I knew which were the keys to my success, but I can tell you I felt fine the whole trip. This is what I did: 1. Drank copious amounts of water, starting a few days before the trip. 2. Took ibuprofen first thing in the morning, and sometimes during the day if I felt the slightest bit of a headache. 3. Added electrolytes [Liquid IV Hydration Multiplier Vegan Powder Electrolyte Supplements--Strawberry Lemonade] to my water once or twice a day. It honestly didn’t taste great, but I got used to it, and I think it helped. 4. Took HUMANX Altitude Assist one pill 3x day. 5. Wore MQ Motion Sickness Patch. Maybe overkill, but it worked!!
