The only consideration must be wearing shoes that have extra room as the socks are bulky. Maybe they would be good to wear after an evening bath when you are settling in with a good book.

I probably won't get them in my shoes but that not why I got them, I got them for my boots. They are perfect. Kept my feet warm, they feel wonderful on. Can't ask for anything more.

I love the length of these socks-some other brands are only calf high-these longer socks go to my knees-so my feet and legs are always toasty warm! They fit great-the elastic really holds up. I highly recommend these for anyone who hates having “cold feet”!

I purchased the same long socks previously and love them. They are warm and soft. The new ones I just received however seem to have frayed or loose yarn fibers around the top part of each sock. There also are a few snags in each sock body as well. I hope they don't start to unravel after wearing and washing. Very disappointing quality based on the cost.
