For whatever reason the noodles didn't soften up enough for it to become enjoyable to eat. I liked the taste of the broth and the accompaniments. But the hard noodles brought the experience down.

The broth was nice, well balanced flavours and good ingredients which is always a plus. This is not something I’d reach for but would be ok in a pinch.
