Very smooth, still tastes like coffee.
It suggests 1 teaspoon per 6 ounces of water - I did 2 teaspoons with about 10 ounces of water. I add Coffeemate Coconut creamer. That yields this review: Dissolves easily in hot water (haven’t tried cold water yet,) has a prominent crema, an aromatic coffee smell that smells better once you add your hot water, and the coffee is suspended in your drink the entire time it exists (no grounds collect at the bottom of your cup.) Very smooth; still a prominent coffee taste without bitterness or sourness. It’s the same price as the Starbucks blonde instant coffee that I still do really like. But this one says it holds 50 servings - with the Starbucks one I normally get about 10 cups of coffee out of it. So for the same price at Target I was relieved that this tasted about as good as good as my regular go-to.

Price surge unbelievable, but tastes like heaven
I started purchasing this over 2 years ago and have noticed a steady increase to now almost $11 with tax in the Chicago area. When I first started to purchase it, it was around $8 - a crazy $3 increase. Yes, I understand some of it is due to inflation, but mostly I suspect that Nescafé has raised the price due to this product going viral and the jump in popularity. I know if I stop buying it, Nescafé won’t notice, and someone else will fill the gap. It does taste wonderful and in the grand scheme of things, it’s still cheaper to make your own coffee at home than splurging on coffee at a coffee shop everyday. Will I continue to buy it? Probably. But, it’s disappointing & frustrating when companies raise prices on products due to their popularity. I know I’m not the only consumer feeling the pinch.

I’m a pretty picky coffee person but this is so good!! Goodbye Starbucks habit. So easy to replace their oatmilk shaken espresso with this. Take 1 tsp Nescafé, 1/2 Tbsp of white chocolate sauce, cinnamon, 1 tsp brown sugar, 2 ounces water. Blend together. Add ice, then oatmilk. Sooo good!!

The bomb considering its instant. I use a little more than recommended and my coffee is perfect! Starbucks or Peet’s level by the time I’m done hooking it up! I have a keurig 1cup coffee maker and a very nice regular coffee maker but lately this has been my go too in the morning. I warm up my oat, almond or goats milk, add the coffee, add the collagen and sometimes Splenda. It’s also good for cold or blended coffee or smoothies. The other day I made a protein banana chocolate peanut butter smoothie with a teaspoon of this - fantastic !!

Of all the instant coffees I've tried over the years, and I don't really like instant, this one has been the best one yet. Not overly bitter like many of them. I'll have to try some various recipes with this one.
