The best instant coffee I ever tried
I've been buying whole beans, grinding and hand-making my coffee for several years, but I also love trying new things. A few months ago, I came across Nescafé Gold Espresso Blonde... It's so good that now my morning coffee routine is much faster, and coffee beans are forgotten :) Super-smooth, great flavor, perfect with milk or without, tastes as good as a gourmet product.

This is all the rage right now on Instagram! I have tried several different coffee recipes using this and it is absolutely delicious. So refreshing as an iced coffee. Definitely a quick alternative to me firing up my espresso machine! And I love the blonde roast! Sometimes it’s hard to find Starbucks blonde whole bean coffee and this is a great alternative! And reasonably priced too! This will definitely be a staple at my coffee bar!

I have been drinking this almost every day for the past few years, and I have to say, it’s a very quality-consistent product. The deliciousness is consistent, the amount of crema feels consistent. It’s so good and so easy that I really have saved money by not going to a coffee shop in months. This may be more expensive than running your coffee maker but honey it is WORTH it because it makes a sensational latte, flat white, all the drinks. Cappuccino-oh-ohhh!! I used to think instant coffee was some horrible, bitter thing, but this stuff is delicious. Literal just adding it to my cart and realized I never submitted a review - and for once, this is a product that actually deserves it!!

Great coffee, but the gouging has to stop
I understand this coffee is viral due to social media, but the steady increase every few months from Nescafé and target is borderline criminal. I don’t want to hear about tariffs or inflation, that’s not the reason and you know it. They simply just want to keep charging you more while only giving you the only option of buying a small 3.5oz bottle unless you go to a bulk store. Please get your stuff together because eventually people will be tired of it and buy the next viral thing instead. Sincerely, a big fan

Very smooth, still tastes like coffee.
It suggests 1 teaspoon per 6 ounces of water - I did 2 teaspoons with about 10 ounces of water. I add Coffeemate Coconut creamer. That yields this review: Dissolves easily in hot water (haven’t tried cold water yet,) has a prominent crema, an aromatic coffee smell that smells better once you add your hot water, and the coffee is suspended in your drink the entire time it exists (no grounds collect at the bottom of your cup.) Very smooth; still a prominent coffee taste without bitterness or sourness. It’s the same price as the Starbucks blonde instant coffee that I still do really like. But this one says it holds 50 servings - with the Starbucks one I normally get about 10 cups of coffee out of it. So for the same price at Target I was relieved that this tasted about as good as good as my regular go-to.

Price surge unbelievable, but tastes like heaven
I started purchasing this over 2 years ago and have noticed a steady increase to now almost $11 with tax in the Chicago area. When I first started to purchase it, it was around $8 - a crazy $3 increase. Yes, I understand some of it is due to inflation, but mostly I suspect that Nescafé has raised the price due to this product going viral and the jump in popularity. I know if I stop buying it, Nescafé won’t notice, and someone else will fill the gap. It does taste wonderful and in the grand scheme of things, it’s still cheaper to make your own coffee at home than splurging on coffee at a coffee shop everyday. Will I continue to buy it? Probably. But, it’s disappointing & frustrating when companies raise prices on products due to their popularity. I know I’m not the only consumer feeling the pinch.
