Q: Is this for baking ?
A: I have used it in brownies and chocolate cake. Makes the chocolate taste better. Works great for baking.
submitted byAmy - 7 years agoA: It is perfect for baking, but I use it mostly for drinks. I like espresso or very strong coffee so I add this to the weak coffee at work or instead of spending $ at a coffee shop. Although it can't replace a fresh pulled espresso, I like it a lot. This is much stronger (& better tasting) than any regular instant coffee I've found. It also makes great tiramisu. My favorite use though is a coffee 'smoothie' - like a blended coffee but with a healthy twist. Dissolve it in a small amount of warm water (if you add the powder directly with cold ingredients it won't mix well), and blend with coconut milk (some already frozen into 'ice cubes'), protein or vitamin powder, agave....delicious! And without the million calories, sugar, and un-pronounceable ingredients in the coffee shop version.

Q: On the jar it does not say dark roast, but the description does. Which is it?
A: Thanks for your question, Janis. Please know that this is a dark roast instant coffee.

Q: I know Target.com seems to act like it's against posting the nutrition label, but is there a label for this product? How much caffeine is in this product?
A: Great question! This coffee contains approximently 60-80 mg of caffeine per serving.
