A: Good question! Currently we use the decaffeinating agent methylene chloride in our process, which has been approved for use in coffee decaffeination by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Delicious product, ridiculous price
This size is like a third the size of a normal jar of instant Bustelo, but costs the same as a big one. The decaffeinating process can't be THAT costly!! They don't even carry the full size anymore, it seems. I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.
