Our ghee (also called clarified butter) starts with the finest butter sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised New Zealand and Australian cows. It is the purest form of butter, made up of 100% butterfat, is packed with fatty acids and CLA, and is lactose-free! Use it anywhere you’d use regular butter for a rich, buttery flavor. Our Original ghee is perfect for spreading on toast, baking in your favorite recipes, and searing and sautéing your favorite meals!

    Grass Fed Ghee

    4th and Heart Ghee is Clarified Butter and comes in a nice quality glass jar. I love that it has only one ingredient! This shelf stable product has a lot of uses and can replace the oil you use to cook with. Since it is clarified, it is lactose free. It acts like unsalted butter, so you have the flexibility of adding salt if you need that.
